Lynne Elizabeth Milford was very helpful any time I needed clarification with any of the documentation that was involved. Court hearings can be stressful, but she was always so calm and reassuring in explaining exactly what was going on. I felt strongly represented by her throughout the whole process. Educated, hardworking, and confident Lynne is the best at what she does.

I don't know what I can say about this law firm. I adore David and the way he presented over my case. He put in personal concern for my daughter through my custody. He has never not been able to answer a question I ask and I am positive that when I need law help again I will immediately go to him. Office staff has always been great to work with. Unfortunately I have not had the pleasure of working with any other attorney in his firm but I can only assume if he hired them they must be at the same level as him. Anytime anyone asks about a lawyer this is the first and ONLY place I recommend.

I went through an extremely hard and heartbreaking custody battle. Lynne made sure she walked me through the process, basically held my hand the whole time. Cared not just about the case but my well being. Her staff, specifically Amber and Candice, ALWAYS communicated quickly and helped me with whatever I needed. Not to mention, Lynnes experience and strength in the courtroom is exactly what you need in an attorney. Highly recommend!

We used Shannon in the first place because a family friend and attorney recommended David but he was unavailable. The first time Shannon represented us she did well. However, in that instance we pretty much convinced the other side to drop their suit on our own. The second time, we went in for a consultation where she gave us bad and inaccurate legal advice. Next, I called her twice and left messages telling her child protective services had contacted us and wanted to interview. She never returned my calls. Then, we made an appointment for a phone consultation with her. She rushed through the consultation and said it was up to the office as to whether the thousand dollars we had left from our previous retainer could go towards the next one and the office told us it was up to her. The office was supposed to contact us the next day to take our payment and never did. We had pretty much decided not to hire her anyway as we felt like she left us hanging when CPS was on their way to our house and was being dishonest about the balance we still had on our account. Pretty sad when someone youre paying $300 an hour wont even return your calls. Luckily we had plenty of proof to show that the child protective services report was false and so far everything turned out OK.

I have waited almost 4 years to write a review. Reason being, I wanted to think that good came out of my custody contract. With child custody, this has not been a good 4 years and I believe it is because of the lawyer I chose. I am a single mom who is a nurse and is currently in nurse practitioner school. As a single mom, every dollar you make counts to provide a good life for your child. I like to think of myself as someone who has worked very hard to provide the best life I can for my daughter. When choosing this law firm, I went off the reviews. I spent $4000 of my own money not only to be passed from one of the lawyers who worked for this firm to David Wynne himself, only because the first lawyer was not completing my case on time. When I worked with David Wynne, he assured myself and my mother who came to the appointment with me that he would take care of everything the way we wanted it. When I went to court to deal with this, he did not show up. His assistant stated he was sick. I called his office and he was in a meeting. I felt abandoned which is actually a violation to the lawyers ethical obligations. Thankfully now after these years I understand what kind of person and lawyer he is. He is a lawyer that works for the money, not for his clients. I never got any of my hard worked money back. My child's father didn't even have to pay a dime. I was 26 years old and this was my first lawyer and I feel I was definitely taken advantage of. I don't even write reviews on anything but because my work with David Wynne has affected our lives in a negative manner, I have to come back and write this review to help save others who maybe think about working with him or his law firm. In this DFW area, their are many lawyers. Please do not choose this law firm.

I highly recommend David Wynne for whatever legal help you need.He is an ethical, hard working, very experienced and extremely qualitified attorney. He took me on as a client knowing that my divorce was a difficult case. He persevered and didnt give up or quit, regardless of what my ex-husbands attorney would do. I am thankful to the Lord for him and his law firm. They were kind and compassionate through out the long ordeal.In court, he was well prepared, confident and knowledgeable. Divorce is a very difficult thing to go through but Im glad he and his firm stood by me and helped me to get through it and bring it to resolution.

David Wynne may seem quite, but don't let that fool you, because he doesn't let anything get by him in the matter of the Texas Family Law Code...ABOVE WAS THE REVIEW I GAVE TO BE ABLE TO SEE HIM WITHOUT PAYING HIS 200 CONSULTATION FEE... BUT AS I RESEARCH THE CORRUPTION IN THE TARRANT COUNTY FAMILY LAW COURT I REALIZE NOW HE'S ONE OF THE LAWYERS THAT KNOW ABOUT THE CORRUPTION IN TARRANT COUNTY ... WHY DO I SAY THIS BECAUSE HE DIDN'T OBJECT TO HAVING A MEDIATOR THAT HAD APPOINTED THE OPPOSING COUNSEL TO THE BENCH BACK IN 2005. AND FROM MY KNOWLEDGE OF READING THE FAMILY LAW CODE THIS IS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST!!! SO THE FEDS NEED TO START WITH HIM!

I moved after our divorce so 14 years later when I needed a Tarrant county lawyer for child custody issue I was at a loss. My local lawyer made some calls and told me Lynn came very recommended. I was told by my case worker that she was 'one of the best'. After our initial phone call I knew she was the person I wanted on my side. Going through all the drama and pain of family law is a heavy burden to bear. It helped knowing I had a sharp lawyer who also has compassion on my side. She guided me through the process and made it easier to walk . I will be forever grateful to Lynn Milford and Amber G for their guidance , time and understanding. I am really glad Marcy Akers Freeman is my attorney.  During my first meeting with her, she really listened to me and then explained the process and her plan of attack.  This is my first experience with the legal system so I have many questions and having Marcy Freeman as my attorney has definitely put me at ease. She returns my phone calls and answers all of my questions promptly. Lynne Milford is an amazing attorney. She really took the time to listen to my needs, and come up with an action plan that would be in the best interest of My Daughter and I. I have hired her twice, once for my divorce, and the second time was for a child support modification. My divorce was a little difficult because it involved a US Solider that was living in another state. She worked day in and day out to get him served and made sure I was awarded everything my daughter and I was entitled to. My modification was also a great experience. She shows up to court on time, ready to fight for you! She really knows the law, and knows how to fight for everything you deserve in a well professional manner. I didnt have to do anything but provide the facts and Lynne did the rest. She is the best family attorney that I know and I highly recommend her for any legal issues that arise.

I was referrred to Mrs.Milford by a friend for a matter reguarding my son. I was extremely pleased with the services i was provided by the firm and the outcome. I would highly recommend Lynne Milford.

Hired an attorney from this law firm and she told me initially every thing was great and in my favor. Which I thought was reassuring seeing how N.C. and Va were both ready to give me full custody of my kids. Then she never called for anything and never asked for anything. Got to court and she hands me a legal pad and says write down the questions you want me to ask. How in the world are you a lawyer, take my money and then never do your job. I ended up losing everything except 50/50 custody and I still have to pay child support. Then Shannon Pritchard goes and hugs my ex-wifes attorney as soon as we were done and are laughing and smiling. I understand people have friends, but when other peoples lives are involved and youre in court, that get pushed to the side. When we get the judges verdict, she says to me well ask your parents for the money, my parents didnt pay for my divorce. Its people like you that drain good, hard working people and put them in debt. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone.

David has been in his profession for many years and takes great pride in what he does. In my particular case he was very knowledgeable about all the different aspects of Family Law and the court system. From the beginning ... he understood how important it is for me to be a father and highly involved in my son's life. He showed this same passion as he represented me throughout my custody case. He made certain to protect my rights as a father and to fight for me in all aspects of my case even to the point of getting an injunction against my ex because she was harassing my workplace. During trial ... David was very prepared and represented me well. He did a good job of communicating to the court what was actually taking place in my situation and the necessity for a modification to the custody. As a result ... we were able to get a change in custody and some other aspects of the order.I would highly recommend David for your divorce/custody needs!

Unfortunately not only can I not recommend this law firm based on our experience, I will also give them a bad review based on the following.During our initial visit, the lawyer was very quick to make a judgment based of the limited information we gave her. There was more she could have done by listening to the facts, but she missed the point. She did not do any work for months, and then when we finally needed her she hadn't done the work that was required. We had to urgently change to another lawyer who actually listened and talked to us about the situation. We lost the entire 'non refundable' retainer with the Wynne Law firm. Very difficult to get lawyer on the phone and we felt that they were too busy with other people's cases to care about ours or to dedicate the required time. We initially picked them due to good reviews. Don't be fooled.

David Wynne is very good at doing what he says he is going to do. I would highly recommend him if your looking for an attorney with knowledge, understanding and experience. The staff is very easy to communicate with and got any questions I had answered as soon as they could.

Not sure who Edward Garcia is, but my name is Mark Miller. I too was represented by Robert Blankenship, and he was terrible. For my first hearing regarding spousal support, he was totally unprepared while we talked in our pre-hearing meeting, then in front of the judge, he decided to try to get in argument over simple semantics, embarrassing myself, and anyone else within earshot of her. She told him that she had be doing this for thirty years, she know what she was doing, and that he should basically shut up. I requested a copy of a document that was presented by the opposing counsel that I never received. Etc., etc. Emails were sent asking for him to call me to no avail. Finally, I get served a motion telling me that he wants to remove himself from counsel because 'he is unable to communicate with' me 'in a manner consistent with good attorney-client relations'. Really? I asked for my final statement which had a balance from the previous month, but never received it. My guess is he charged me to file that motion and kept whatever balance was left. Deposit or not, if he decided to remove himself, please do and return the balance of my money. NEVER, NEVER NEVER EVER use this guys. Unfortunately, it makes me wonder about the rest of this law firm is like if they are willing to allow this guy represent their name.

Attorney Wynne excels at what he does. When my divorce occurred because of circumstances out of my control, he started me back on track to build the confidence I need to move forward. He was excited to build a 'Pet Trust Fund' for me. His excellence is only overshadowed by his professionalism.

I am so incredibly thankful for Mrs. Milford and her staff. They took a really tough situation and dealt with it. It was such a relief to know they were on my side. I will without hesitation call Mrs. Milford for all legal matters going forward.

After an employee did not correctly handle my case, David Wynne reached out to me to get my issue handled immediately. David Wynne also was in my consultation and knew what he was talking about when I presented my case. The company definitely made amends and more. I would suggest using them for financial wealth planning as well as divorce representation.

Great group of attorneys! Affordable, proactive, they address client needs and issues, and they listen. I have hired dozens of attorneys and once I found this group, I no longer had to hire or look any further!

Only giving 1 star cause it won't let me give them none! Retained Shannon Pritchard to get me a stadard agreement for my little girl, and do a name change! 1.5 years later I have no standard agreement, the process to do a name change hasn't even been started. I recieved no updates on my case and then was charged when I had called in to get the updates. When I fired her for failing to do her job, she was very impolite, made it clear she didn't care about my case, and even encouraged me to fire her right before hanging up on me. Almost a month after firing her many emails to Mr.Wynne himself ( who was very helpful) , I finally recieved my remaining retainer. I HIGHLY RECOMEND YOU DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM. Horrible customer service, they will take your money and do nothing!

Although I have not had the honor of having Mr. Wynne represent me, I know several who have and I cannot speak highly enough of his honest and fair representation. He is not a father's rights or mother's rights attorney, he will do his best to represent his client's interests. He is not afraid to dig in his heels and go the extra mile when needed.

I hired Lynne Milford and I could not be more satisfied with her work.

Representing us was Jeff Branch , did not keep us informed , dragged his feet for months until we had to insist he file papers to get it started , to many excuses and his assistant is even less informed . Mr Wynne passed the buck on getting his employee motivated to do for the client . They cannot back up their words that they tell you with putting it to paper . This firm is none the less than an ambulance / hearse chasing for profit firm with no results on a simple probate case . leaving the client is worse shape than when they first went there . Get your money back and look for a better firm .
