Law Office

To say I am dissatisfied with this firm is an understatement. I recently terminated my legal representation with them because nothing had been done with my case in over 3 years. I spoke with them 3 weeks ago and informed them I needed all of my paperwork sent to me and sent a certified letter stating the same. I called 4 days ago, as I had still not received my paperwork and informed them that I had not and that if I had not by Thursday that I would be at the office Friday to get it. Upon my arrival to the office, as I had still not received my paperwork, I politely greeted the secretary and informed her of who I was. I informed her as to the nature of why I was there. She informed me that my lawyer was 'not in today', this was the typical response I have received anytime I have called the law office. After restating my reasons and asking if there was anyone else in the office who could retrieve my file, and told there was not, she proceeded to the back and returned shortly with 'my attorney's paralegal', who I had never seen before this encounter. She restated that my lawyer was not in and she 'did not know where my file was'. I provided her with the information that my, now former legal representation, had provided me on the phone 3 weeks prior. She stated she would attempt to look for it but it wouldn't be today. I informed her that I was not leaving until I received my paperwork. At that time she returned to the back stating that she was gonna try and look for it. She returned less than 2 minutes later and stated 'I can not find it, maybe your attorney has it with him.' For the sake not writing an essay in this review I will end it by saying that I left the law office, still with no paperwork and, based of a previous track record, empty promises of finding it by Monday. I'll believe it when I see it.

I had hired one of their attorneys and this is the worst place Ive ever had to deal with anytime I called them they placed me on hold and charged me for the minutes they added Up to hours at the end . Days before court they asked for a trial run and had me wait from 12pm to 4pm waiting on them to come in the room which they charged. Not forget to add it was the worst one ever they yelled at me because they werent going to put in things that I wanted them to put into evidence not to mention none of the questions Or false accusations from the other party were addressed they didnt confront things That shouldve been confronted instead he sat there like a little scared dog. And he tried getting more money even though they didnt need any more money to finish. They are hounds they wont be there they wont win they wont care they just want your money .As an innocent mother tries to live on with a life that could have been changed by your work . I hope you remember my cries and my voice every night and remember the 200 pictures of me and my kids the joy you seen in their faces you dont see in the photos anymore now you see pain . Remember you just sat there !

After reading the comments i'm 100% worried. I was referred by a co-worker of mine about how great this law firm was. So I jumped on the band wagon and switched representation. They received my payment and kept in contact, but as soon as the set up file, retainer agreement were signed. I literally couldn't get in contact with anyone besides the receptionist. It got to the point I was calling everyday and was promised a call back everyday and wouldn't hear anything. I drove up to Wirth Law Office just to be turned away saying my attorney was in a meeting. The typical excuses they gave me is your attorney is at court, your attorney is in a meeting, etc. I finally got a call from my attorney's paralegal after setting up a meeting with my attorney and all I ever wanted to know was the status on everything and just to be kept informed. After the conversation that was pretty vague as far as whats going on with my case. It's pretty much the same. I'm pretty much in the dark, no communication, and feeling like my case is pushed to the side. Its a pretty hopeless feeling, I don't wish on anyone. If I could do everything all over again I would have chose another law firm.

Worst practice ever, literally just out to make money. The first attorney I had when I first hired this firm was great, then 3 days before a year long anticipated trial I call the office to get information and they inform me that my attorney was no longer worked there, he had been gone for almost a month! They told me I had some other attorney on my case now. He knew nothing of what was going on and looked so unorganized at trial. Needless to say the trial went horrible. They didnt even have the decency to call/email me to tell me. Because of this unfortunate trial I had to pay child support and when I asked the attorney why, his response was its not that much. That is not a response I wanted to hear, or even professional in any way! If it wasnt that much the firm should pay my child support then!Thank God Im not involved with them anymore, would not recommend!!!

Hired this firm to help settle a case and get an expungement. They were quick to call me back when it came to payment but once they get the money they give you the run around. Its been almost 6 months and still nothing has been done. You have to call and call just to talk to someone... and you can forget about a returned call when you leave a message. Wish I could get a refund and go with a law firm that will actually do their job. Very very frustrating. I wouldnt hire them if I could do it all over again.

My case was a reasonable flat fee and Bill stayed on top of it at every moment over the course of months while I was out of state. Helped me with some of the information I needed but sadly for me it was not anything I could really use, not on a lack of knowledge but a lack in the court system for helping father's rights!

After searching the web for a quick phone consult, I found that Wirth Law Office was very quick at responding to my request. I believe it took maybe 5 minutes or 10 minutes at the most to call me. I was also able to ask questions regarding a case not specifically for me but for my family and was given advice as to what direction I should go to get my problem resolved legally. James Wirth was very knowledgeable about cases like ours. After informing him more about the case and that we felt the current attorney was not helping any, he informed me that he would be able to do more help for us that is needed. I would definitely recommend this attorney to anyone looking for help with cases such as criminal or misdemeanors.

Justin M. was great he turned the case around from terminating my rights to kids in my custody. This state has an issue with Fathers having custody. DHS are not on your side get a lawyer and stay protected when dealing with them especially if you are a POC. Start here.

I had some serious issues regarding my case and was extremely frustrated, however the paralegal Kristie H was Extremely helpful, kind, and understanding. She did not treat or talk to me like a client but as a Human being unlike others. Earl Lawson and Krystie Harris were so awesome! They were friendly, listened, covered all aspects of my case, and most importantly helped me understand the whole process. I had a hearing first thing in the morning so I had to get a hotel because I live 3 1/2 hours away from the office. I can honestly say it was worth it. If I ever need representation again I would go to them again even being so far. They are effective, friendly and you can be at ease knowing they will take care of you the best they can. Wirth Law Office screwed me out of my back child support that is due to me! The court ordered $500 a month and I'm only getting $75 for my children...they get the rest! During our unending hearings for my divorce never once did they show up knowing what the hell they were doing or stand up for me or my children! I would never hire them!

I called Mr. Wirth about an incident that happened to me in Woodward county. He was very quick to answer all my questions, he was very prompt in looking into my case and very sympathetic . My case was a workmans comp case. My attorney wouldn't hardly return my phone calls and when he did he didnt seem to interested on my case. Out the blue I was assigned a different attorney that I was not informed of. Tried to settle my case for a year but the original attorney wasnt in no hurry. Second attorney started getting the ball going but by then I was screwed on my settlement amount. If my first attorney would have got off his butt and done his job I would have came out better on my settlement. Still upset over the matter and amount.

I had Peter Knowles and he was awesome. When my son was taken from a caregiver by DHS he told me what I needed to do before I knew for sure if I could get the retainer fee.. He was very good communicating everything and got my son home in record timing.. I plan on using Wirth with any future things that may arise.

This law firm is was the worse I've ever seen. They don't do nothing in court but wait and respond against the other lawyers and don't take charge. They don't do no research for you, we had to do our own research and then they charge you to get it and look at it, make copies, of even talk to you. The only time you can talk to them with out being charged is in the court room. They switch attorney's in the middle of my case with out telling me and he didn't even know what was going on. They keep going up on free when I was get down to one last payment. They always filled a motion to drop my case b4 court, even when I was down to just 400.00. They will drain you and don't care about you and your family all they care about is they money. They don't speak about you and your family or ask any questions an you or your family. They just come to court laugh with all the other lawyers, and what ever the other attorney say agree, pad or what ever they doing for the day. It's been a year and. I'm still on the same thing from day one. I had to get a new lawyer and they said I was crazy for using them. I spoke with 9 different attorneys and they all made me feel really crazy for even going to them less known stating that long paying that much money. Save your se melf money time and most of y'all your family and don't use them. And I'm a Godly woman I'm just stating facts and telling my truth. The Attorney that was helping me was Justin W. Mosteller.(Garbage!!!)

I have to warn all parents who may decide to use the Wirth Law Firm. BE WARNED that you will lose your children and more if you trust them. They bow to the apposing council and do NOTHING for you! I had Charles from the Wirth Law Firm and I watched him shoot the breeze and laugh with the apposing council at every hearing. He allowed the apposing council to say and do whatever he wanted, he agreed to the apposing councils every demand, he told me to bribe my ex, he is just an all around insult and he will cost you everything. Don't trust them if you love your children. Thank God I found a true attorney! Also if you don't wish to take my word for it, just call other attorneys and ask them about the Wirth Law Firm. I counted 12 attorneys who ALL had nothing good to say about the Wirth Law Firm!

They went above to help me and will always call them for help in the future....they are the best team of law that one can get....love this law firm.........
