Sometimes in life you find yourself in tough situations. In those times you MUST seek the best expertise to guide you out of the mess you are in. I am glad that Jessica Phillips represented my case in the best way possible. She is charismatic and devoted to her clients. She goes far and beyond to fight your case and educate you about your options. If you are in doubt and can't decide which attorney to go with, call the office and make that appointment! Will not use them again. There us no need to have melissa contact me. Which I don't believe she would any ways, my case is closed and you guys are paid in full. I can just respond on here. I never felt like yall were fighting for me and my family. We were just about pay check. Most emails or calls took days to get answered. I question some of the billed times. I don't believe it takes 20min to sent a two or three sentence email. Also I paid you to do something which was never done. When I told melissa to fourth time she took care of it but of course she charged me again to do a job she didn't to the first time. I would go to court by my self before I gave you or your team another dime.

This law firm have a very poor costumer service and (PRISCILA) never give me what i need or what i requested. This law firm( Alison) charge a lot of money and don't do anything for me . WASTE OF MONEY!!! I don't recommend this Law Firm..

$4500 in. 7 months in. Still not divorced. Should have been simple and straightforward. I got nickeled and dimed at every turn .... even when I drove papers over to the Arlington Office. Very poor communication on everyones part. Right down to the last minute. No one could give time frames or answer legitimate questions. They used terms that a lay person would not understand and blamed everything on opposing council and the child support office.

I was filing for custody of my very young daughter. When I met Melissa Swan, I knew that my search was over. She immediately had a game plan and made me feel very secure. My attorney was Emily LaChance in dealing with a case of molestation of my step son. The allegations were brought by his biological father, whom has a history of domestic violence and has been vocally distributive in our family long before the accusations.Emily took a through journal of all the events before, during and after the accusations to show the DA's office that this was another attack on our family by a volatile and non reputable individual. She stopped the criminal investigation before it ever began. She also went above and beyond by dealing with CPS, which falls under family law. She drove from her office to my home in Bedford to assist in a one on one interview with CPS to close out their case. This was a very trying time for me and my family and she also dealt with the emotional roller coaster that I was on. She always answered my questions via email, most of the time instantaneously, regardless if it was 10pm or the weekend. Even after the case was closed she made me a binder of all the events for my records in case the biological father ever decided to try to hurt our family in this way again.
