Will not use them again. There us no need to have melissa contact me. Which I don't believe she would any ways, my case is closed and you guys are paid in full. I can just respond on here. I never felt like yall were fighting for me and my family. We were just about pay check. Most emails or calls took days to get answered. I question some of the billed times. I don't believe it takes 20min to sent a two or three sentence email. Also I paid you to do something which was never done. When I told melissa to fourth time she took care of it but of course she charged me again to do a job she didn't to the first time. I would go to court by my self before I gave you or your team another dime.

I asked the lady in front desk to give me phone # or any number to make a complain but she refused to give me the number. This law firm have a very poor costumer service and (PRISCILA) never give me what i need or what i requested. This law firm( Alison) charge a lot of money and don't do anything for me . WASTE OF MONEY!!! I don't recommend this Law Firm..

Alison, Priscilla and L.P. we're always available and most helpful. Alison did more and then some for 4 years on getting our daughter back home with us. Alison never stopped till our daughter was home. Priscilla started this journey with us and she is awesome sweet and helpful. L.P (Laurie) is sweet and understanding and would always talk to me when I needed help. These 3 ladies go out of there way to help. We will always be in debt to them for what they've done for our family.

Jessica Phillips is a tremendous lawyer and a fierce litigator. She's the only attorney I refer people to in Tarrant County because she and her office are simply the best at what they do.

$4500 in. 7 months in. Still not divorced. Should have been simple and straightforward. I got nickeled and dimed at every turn .... even when I drove papers over to the Arlington Office. Very poor communication on everyones part. Right down to the last minute. No one could give time frames or answer legitimate questions. They used terms that a lay person would not understand and blamed everything on opposing council and the child support office.

In the summer of 2013 I found myself visiting multiple legal firms in the FTW area. I was searching for the perfect person and firm to represent me. I was filing for custody of my very young daughter. When I met Melissa Swan, I knew that my search was over. She immediately had a game plan and made me feel very secure. Anytime I had a question, Priscilla and Jason made sure that it was answered in a timely manner. We spent less than a year, and after it was all said and done, I have primary custody of my daughter. My attorney was Emily LaChance in dealing with a case of molestation of my step son. The allegations were brought by his biological father, whom has a history of domestic violence and has been vocally distributive in our family long before the accusations.Emily took a through journal of all the events before, during and after the accusations to show the DA's office that this was another attack on our family by a volatile and non reputable individual. She stopped the criminal investigation before it ever began. She also went above and beyond by dealing with CPS, which falls under family law. She drove from her office to my home in Bedford to assist in a one on one interview with CPS to close out their case. This was a very trying time for me and my family and she also dealt with the emotional roller coaster that I was on. She always answered my questions via email, most of the time instantaneously, regardless if it was 10pm or the weekend. Even after the case was closed she made me a binder of all the events for my records in case the biological father ever decided to try to hurt our family in this way again.
