I am hesitant to post this review because Mr. Hardy and his team are still supposed to be working my case, however the fact that I said 'supposed' should indicate where this is headed. I desperately needed some help with my divorce and many websites said Hardy Law Group was the right people and upon first impressions I felt the same way. I hired them in August and they gave me extra time to pay for their services. I felt like my concerns where listened to at the time, but since then I have to call repeatedly to get told 'we will call you back' with no call back. Last time I got any update I was told my case wouldn't go to court until March if things couldn't be resolved in mediation, my ex is not an easy person so I knew I needed someone strong to help me fight to not get ran over and Mr. Hardy and his team let me down. On top of the divorce I have been battling stage 4 cancer, everything I asked Mr. Hardy to fight for was either time sensitive or vital to helping my day to day. My ex was able to stop paying on our agreement, keep and sell valuable possessions, and more with no immediate court intervention or effort to come up with resolve. I filed the paperwork myself and we have no children, this shouldnt have been to hard too stick up for me and get the divorce finalized. I hired them so I would not stress about one more thing, but instead I'm worried that I spent money to lose money on top of everything else,with the illusion of being helped when in reality I was thrown on the back burner. I'd suggest looking somewhere else.

I rarely give reviews but I feel Ryan Hardy deserves one. When I really needed some honest advise Ryan went out of his way to give me a thorough consultation. And after spending more time with Ryan, I would describe him as a compassionate and caring fellow who is also direct and honest. Ryan Hardy is one of the good guys. I went in for a consult regarding a divorce... I wanted to know my options, as Im in the middle of a marriage crisis. Ryan was not very helpful to me, and also came off as if he was blowing me off. He did not answer my questions about my options. He informed me because Ive been married for a year, I have absolutely no options for spousal support, property rights on our home, or anything of that nature. He was very short and I felt him to be uninterested in giving me information. He wrapped up our meeting in literally 10 minutes and then told me to schedule a call follow up when I make my decision.... how is that possible when you just sat and told me that you couldnt help me with anything? I felt like he didnt respect me because of my age. I almost felt as if he assumed I was wanting a divorce for the money, which is far from the truth. I came in to be informed by a professional, not to feel as if I needed to make a divorce decision in that instant. Today I visited Zoe Meigs who spent an hour with me. She was not only helpful, but sympathetic to my situation. She gave me a multitude of options including contractual alimony which Ryan failed to mention, as well as discussion of the deed on the house, living arrangements, what to do with our debts, the explanation of an uncontested divorce, and the timelines to be expected all the way from filing to serving papers, to the court date. She even explained thoroughly what the pricing would be, what would happen if we reconciled our marriage, and the logistics. Her consult was $150 but was worth it. Id rather pay that than have a free one with an attorney that treats you as a waste of time. I felt very informed leaving her office. I felt the opposite when I left the Hardy office. I definitely would not recommend this practice to someone who is dealing with a traumatic marriage situation that requires all options to be weighed.

For my case, Carlton was my attorney and he was great; I would highly recommend this firm for your legal needs. Carlton Alexander you destroyed my life and life of my child! You gave away primary without my permission! Now my ex playing big time games! I am trying so hard to get my child back to me! You made me sign papers where is not saying any 50/50 and you did not even tried pull papers out after i found out what happened! God sees you what you have done to me!

I got into one of the worst experiences of my life, I went to HARDY LAW FIRM and hired Elizabeth Cortright. I am truly grateful for everything she has done. JUSTICE PREVAILED. I would highly recommend her.

I would leave 0 stars if possible! They do not return calls or emails. Ryan has way more important things to do other than managing his practice. Carlton Alexander is SUCH a piss poor excuse of legal representation that it is inconceivable that he is allowed in court. The lack of experience and management got me an INSANE $2600 child support when I took home $680 a week. As you would guess, the result was being held in contempt because I couldn't afford the child support and was sentenced to 180 days in jail because THIS LAW FIRM IS TERRIBLE! HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND IF YOU READ THIS, AT YOUR OWN FOOLISHNESS!

My boyfriend got appointed attorney Melinda Lehmann, anytime I needed information about his case or needed help I would always talk to Sheryl. She always answer my questions and if she couldnt she is always good about finding the answer and calling me back or having the attorney calling me back. I really appreciate how helpful and nice Sheryl was with me. Hopefully his case ends soon!
