After several consultations with numerous firms in FW, Dwayne Smith at Gardner & Smith stood out. He looked up our case, gave us his input, even though it wasnt what wed been told by the other firms, when we told him what wed been told he told us wed be wasting our money and explained why. It made sense, and his honesty was refreshing. He couldve taken advantage of us and made easy money but he didnt. In that moment, my husband and I knew that Dwayne was the one. Dwayne managed to see what countless others hadnt. He saw that we were beaten down, desperate to protect ourselves, taken advantage of, and lost. When the time came to do something, and it made sense, we turned to Dwayne to counsel. Questions always answered promptly. Information always passed along, reviewed and explained thoroughly. Words wouldnt do Dwaynes level of compassion, dedication, integrity, and honesty justice! Most people cant wait to not interact with their attorney again, the same cant be said for Dwayne or this firm!! If nothing else, I recommend Gardner & Smith as a starting point. If they cant help you, theyre strong enough to say so and point you in the right direction!
