He did my friends divorce, and the price changed and it was like he worked for my friends soon to be ex wife than he worked for my friend. He had more contact with the ex wife than his client. Would not recommend him if your a guy...

Dont waste your time or money! I lost with him & when I asked him if we can work something out since he took my last savings & I want to try to fight again. He completely ignored my calls, email, & messages. Hes a thief!!! If he cant fool you to giving him money he is ghost!!

Mr. Culver has successfully done what was necessary to empower me to provide a positive stable and nurturing environment for my child. He was able to show the court how the previous parenting plan and environment provided by the other parent was not beneficial to the child. This was remedied with an adjustment allowing the child to spend the majority of time with me, his father. It also allowed him to attend a school he was familiar and more comfortable with. Since the ruling my child is now making major strides at home, school, with his personal relationships and with family. He is far exceeding my expectations in his own personal growth and achievements. I am so proud of him! I felt it was unlikely we would ever achieve this because of the way I perceived the courts views of giving fathers majority time share, but that never stopped me from believing. Thankfully, we are now here! We are all happy finally! A big thank you to Mr. Culver for his help in making what was wrong, RIGHT! Cannot thank you enough. When I hired Mr. Culver to handle my case I was completely devastated from what my ex was putting me through with my daughter. I was young freshly single mom with no support and no experience. I was unsure of how to handle what I was going through and hardly any money to do all that needed to be done. First walking into his office was very comfortable and welcoming. Tammy was very friendly, understanding, and accommodating. Mr. Culver was surprisingly easy to talk to. He made me feel much more comfortable and at ease over the circumstances. He was very good with helping me understand the way the law was written, what my options were, and was helpful in determining the best approach. John Culver is by far the worst attorney I have ever had the displeasure of having represent me. He doesn't know how to pull punches in the courtroom. Nor does he even have his facts straight. He leaked information to the opposing attorney right in front of my face when she called during one of our meetings. He is slow to react and think on his feet and is easily backed into corners by other mediocre attorneys. Don't waste your time and money. He is not going to fight for you.
