I wish I could give Ms. Raduns and her office 200 stars. My fianc and I worked with their office for a custody battle for two years. He was fighting for full custody of his daughter (age 7) against the mother . As everyone knows , its hard to prove a mother unfit and get full custody as a father. Ann and her office staff (Jodi, heather , etc ) made the process smoother , they helped , they offered advice and encouragement , and they provided blunt criticism when needed to get our butts back in gear . Most importantly they didnt give up on my fianc or his daughter at all. At the end of this, my fianc now has full custody of his daughter and we are incredibly thankful for their dedication to the case. We will ALWAYS go back to an if we need something in the future , and we will ALWAYS , a million times ALWAYS, recommend her to anyone who needs legal representation for family law.

Unfortunately, I have over 13 years of experience with family law in Ocala Florida and after three other subpar law firms, I retained what is easily the best law firm in Ocala. and I venture to say -in Florida. Anne E. Raduns and her team are absolutely incredible. Thy spend your money only when they need to, and when they do it is worth every penny. Simply put- they outwork and outthink other law firms on your behalf. I served in the Army for 30 years and for the last half of that, I was divorced. I have three children from the marriage who are all grown and on their own. I have been divorced for 20 years and never missed a child support payment, funded all College, and my ex-wife was suing me for a crazy amount of back child support from 2017. Reality was suspended. The case languished for 13 years due to military deployments, bad lawyers and other factors. It has been a dark cloud over me and my family all this time. Anne and Jodi Terracini, Annes Office Manager and Paralegal, took the case and brought new life to it. They quickly got up to speed on the issues by going through mounds of documents, and reaching out to other lawyers. They studied case law, and developed a plan of attack. Just weeks before trial, and after extensive research by Jodi, we were able to file a motion to dismiss and then defend that motion in two hearings. The judge granted the motion jut this week and the dark cloud has disappeared from our lives!Jodi is a hero in this case. She cared so deeply about the case that she even gave up vacation time to work on my behalf. Her research and writing skills won this case, and AnneAnne is a brilliant lawyer and person. The respect she receives from the judge and other lawyers is priceless. Being the best means you are heavily sought after and Anne is busy. However, she still finds time to make a connection with her clients. I am lucky to know her and count her as a fiend. I thank my lucky stars that she took my case. Anne, Jodi and the rest of team at the law firm are simply the best around. They are the gold standard and best value law firm in the Ocala area.

There are good ones and bad ones out there. Anne is a great one.I came to Anne with a highly unusual and very complicated custody conflict involving my two young sons. If you've never dealt with the family court system, you can't begin to appreciate the complexity, the delays, and the uncertainty. Anne can't make those things go away, but she can help you -- like she helped me -- get through them while preserving your sanity. And she got the best possible outcome for my sons and me, in what seemed like eons but in reality was an incredibly short period of time. (Did I mention that family court does not move swiftly?)There are two extremely important things I saw during my work with Anne. The first, and probably the most important, is that the judges trust her and respect her. They know she's not going to come into court with some puffed-up blather or some unfounded sob story: if she says something in court, it's the truth, and the judges know it. The second thing relates to the first: for clients, family law can be highly emotional, highly charged and conflict-ridden. I'm an emotional person by nature, so that was true in spades for me. Anne knows how to manage that -- how to keep clients from losing their minds when it seems to be taking forever, when the 'other side' is misbehaving, when things just don't seem to make sense. She is very rude and disrespectful and try's to belittle people when she is not there attorney. Very unprofessional by placing her feet in chair and addressing people as he/she instead of last names. Don't feel she has any place to talk about others and how they raise there children or how many live in a home. A little research should be done on clients when they come in to an office and try to place children in homes.

So where do I start. There's so much to say about Mrs. Raduns and her staff. Mrs. Raduns and her staff are the best. Trust me you will not go wrong hiring this law office. I could spend hours talking about her and her staff. How they have helped me with my case. We have won everything on my case. Trust me my case is the worst case you can be in. I am a father getting full custody. I have had false DVI put against me. Mr. Brian laird handled that part of my case. Let me tell you about this man. He runs on all 8 cylinders, had 2 Pages of questions that he was going to ask during the trial. We're talking a four hour DVI trial with a twenty-minute recess. We won that case or I should say mr. Brian Laird won that case. What is nice is that he is in Mrs. Raduns office. So you dont have to be jumping around from office to office. It is all under one roof. This office will work their butts off for you. They will burn the Midnight Oil just to make sure that they are on top. The billing it's fair really fair for the performance you get from this Law Firm. This Law Firm is down to earth, fair, understanding, emotionally there for you when you're going through these situations, but most important aggressive does not take any crap from any other lawyers and will call them out on their dishonest and untruthful statements / perjury. Trust me I have seen it first-hand and I would not want anybody else in my corner to fight this fight for me then Mrs.Radiance, Mr. Brian and the staff. So from my bottom of my hart THANK YOU.
