I didn't realize how complicated and overwhelming having to deal with injuries and car repairs could be. Retaining Phil was the best decision I could have made. My husband was rear-ended several years ago(2015) where his car was totaled. He looked up a Gresham attorney to represent him. He came across Phillip and his associates online. My husband said he was sold after meeting Phil face-to-face at his office--and my husband is a finicky man. We settled that case quickly. On to me--2 accidents pretty much back to back: 2017: I had a brand new 2017 Honda CRV and was broad-sided. The cost was $17,000 damage-we asked for diminished value by State Farm. After a second party assessment and several phone calls with a State Farm representative, they repeatedly declined. I got cancer 3 months later and this diminished value claim was put on the back burner. Looking ahead to 2018: My daughter and I were passengers in a head on accident in which the other driver ran a light-once again totaling the vehicle which in incurred months of therapy for my daughter and me. This accident is when Phillip came into my life. After the 2018 accident, I was a mess as well as my 9 year old daughter. I went into Phil's office and met with his paralegal who was very knowledgable. Short story--we both ended up with a wonderful settlement that we deserved. Since I was so comfortable with Phil and his office, I was clear of cancer, grew my hair back and was on a mission to get my diminished value from State Farm, I wanted compensation for the accident that almost totaled my brand new CRV and immediately decreased its resale value. We put Phillip on the case and three months later, we received $4,300 for the diminished value claim of my car only because Phillip convinced State Farm that settling was in their best interest.Phillip understands the way the insurance companies function and does not let them bully him or his clients. Thanks to him, we have successfully settled four claims in which we were hit by other drivers. This would not have been possible without Phillip.

Mr. Gilbert did a great job for me. He was polite, informative and knowledgeable. Several times he corrected and educated the opposing lawyer about the laws. His expertise is quite wide but his understanding of automotive related issues is probably unique.
