I dont recommend. I used this attorney for a very simple probate. There were literally three items on the probate inventory for my brother who passed away. A bank account, and two retirement accounts with Pers. (My brother didnt own a home or even a car.) The probate should have taken 6 to 9 months, but took almost two years (just days under) and cost over $5,700. I was told if everything went smoothly to expect $3,000. $4,000 at the most. Well everything went smoothly on my side. The delays and costly emails were due to mistakes made by this attorney or his paralegal. Like forgetting a filing which caused the court to summon me to appear, and then needed to be dismissed, and forgetting about the letter of administration that every personal representative needs in order to act on someones behalf. That is probate 101. Probate was held up so much that the check I received from my brothers retirement stale dated and had to be reissued. I would never recommend this attorney.
