Found Tony threw the legal service my job offers and he was helpful and I especially like that he followed up to make sure I was good and there were no problems. Absolutely horrible attorney. Submitted orders to the court without me reviewing them. Spent months and months before getting things filed to the court. Never submitted documents that he told me he filed with the court. Absolutely delayed may divorce hearings because of his lack of attention to any kind of detail whatsoever. Overcharged me on everything. All he was consistent in doing was getting more and more money for my retainer. I kept asking him for his strategy and his plan for my case and he never had one. He never gave me advice on how to proceed in mediations. He doesn't care about how he is affecting his client's life. I hired a new attorney because my children's safety became in danger. I had to involve CPS, who involved CaresNW. The parenting plan Tony put in place for my kids put them was absolutely not in their best interest and my new attorney was able to get a no contact order and a supervised visitation only order in place. Do not go to this attorney. He cares more about pleasing the opposing attorney than he is about protecting his client.

Tony handled my divorce case. I appreciated his services so much that I referred him to others and called upon him for help with a co-habitation agreement. Tony was supportive, professional, patient, and thorough. His fee is actually very reasonable and I highly recommend him.

Tony does a great job. I have been using him since 2007. Unlike some else on here putting him down. No Tony cant tell you if you will lose or win. That's up to a judge. If you don't pay him, how can you expect him to work for you. THIS IS HIS INCOME! Would you go to work if your employer wasn't paying you? I know I wouldn't. As far as complaints with the BAR I'm sure all attorneys have some form of complaints against them. Don't go into his office lying and with holding info from him. Just be up front and honest with him. That will work out better for you and him.

Stop... stop. No. Don't. Hire this unique responsible layer. For you needs. We hired him on agust 2015. Paid him 2000 retainer. We waited in til April 2016 no call or no answer about how are case. All he did email... me. 5. Time we didn't even meet with him once. ... he. Charge me. 900.00 dollars for 5 email.. what. A. Fraud........ this. Guy. Is no help I took us. 1 1/2 year to save. And he took half in just few minutes of emails.....

Do NOT hire this Attorney. He does Half-Ass work for a high price. He tends to go into a court room un-prepared and will lose more than he wins. He will file court documents that should not be filed without the proof or documents to back it up. He also will not let you know if you are going to lose whatever case he is actively working for you - just to increase the cost of your bill, unlike many other Attorney's that will let you know where you stand. Giving you the option to cost you more in the long run or to try and settle instead. If you, as the client, do not keep up with payments on your bill, Tony will refuse to contact the opposing attorneys or you (the client) in regards to your on going case. Wont file Judgments or drafts he is suppose to draw up - and when the opposing attorneys actually run into him around the court house. Asking him why no response to the many requests about his client - states he will not do anything for the client if he's not getting paid. This could result in months of no contact with your attorney on your active court case - with the ultimate loss of your case because of it. He is only after your money and does not care about what you are trying to do for your case. Expect a big attorney bill with the expectations of losing any case he is actively working on for you. He also has 7 complaints with the state bar regarding his conduct and activities as a Attorney in Oregon.

Do not hire him unless you want to have an attorney that takes you to court unprepared and without the proper paperwork. He lied to me several times and then just helped himself to $2000.00 from my credit union. All he did was ask for more money and I never saw any proof of where my money went to. I am elderly and totally disabled. I now have no attorney to represent me in my divorce. And my husband is now getting away with everything he set out to do when he decided he no longer wanted to be my caregiver and abandoned me to pay all the bills with just my social security check. He got $8000.00 for doing nothing, telling me nothing and losing spousal support that I am entitled to. His only concern is how he can scam another $2000.00 out of you. Instead, you need to hire an attorney that will keep you informed, make sure you know about and can get to all court proceedings, knows what he is doibg, has a support staff, does not make empty promises, and wiill not use your disability as an excuse as to why he helped himself to $2000.00 from your bank account!!!
