Mr. Luptak did an excellent job for me. Anytime I had a question or a concern I was able to reach out to his office and if they did not have an answer they either called me back with an answer or Mr. Luptak contacted me directly with the answer. My day in court went exactly how Mr. Luptak told me it would go. Of course, no matter what attorney you hire, the merit of the case is what ultimately matters. I can say with confidence that Mr. Luptak was looking out for my best interest throughout this entire case, from filing to the final ruling, and I am very pleased with the outcome.

Zero Stars - Luptak is a well-seasoned scumbag. The guy is dishonest and a noticeable part of the corruption of Cleveland county. Be careful to notice his immediate lack of attention to details of your case as he will only show interest in your payments and financials. The moment you pay retainer is the moment he stops working and cuts off all communication. Thievery at its finest.
