I couldn't have been more pleased with our experience with Carol. She was very thorough with our case and made sure we understood what could end up happening. Carol is an exceptional advocate for children and helped my step sons feel more comfortable in the months leading up to our court date. No one likes the idea of going to court for custody but she made sure that we were realistic in our desires and fought for us and our boys! Carol Walsburger Dow is a very skilled and intelligent attorney that I would recommend many times over. She knows her way around the courtroom and interprets the law better than anyone else I consulted with. I needed to find an attorney that was knowledgeable in the area of family law. I even consulted with attorneys from our state capital in Raleigh about my case with no luck on finding an attorney that I felt was honest and completely understood my circumstances. I can say, yes our case was a difficult one but that only adds to Ms. Dows abilities when taking us on. She can help you to identify the best options for your case with confidence, assertion, & honesty. She is very capable of seeing the entire case and not just what is on the surface. She has compassion for those involved in the cases she takes on. She understands that if someone is at the point of hiring an attorney, things are serious and outcomes can be life changing. She fights for her clients the way an attorney should. With saying that, she also informs her clients of the good, the bad, and everything in between as far as how a case may proceed & possible outcomes.
