Susan was hostile, insensitive, and dismissive. I was supposed to be the client and I was made to feel like the opposition. In my 5th year of petitioning for disability she threatened to quit just days before the hearing because I couldnt pay her $42 for copies that were not authorized and could have been provided at no cost. Of course I had to terminate her and appear without representation. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON.

As my friend also said, this place abandoned me & made it hard to get my disability claim processed.They lied about taking my case up until a few months before making it very difficult to find an actual lawyer who would take the case.Thankfully I have been able to find one who has helped & my Veterans Disability has been approved, but with absolutely zero help from this horrible person.
