We retained Frank Toti for an adoption case after a referral from a friend. We had been in the process of adoption for almost 2 years with an attorney who unfortunately had no family law experience so we were left waiting and waiting. I contacted Frank Toti and 2 weeks later here we are, our adoption is FINAL. He is easy to work with and knows his stuff. If you want someone who wont waste your time or money I highly recommend Frank Toti! Thank you again Frank for making our dream a reality! Now we are the forever family we always wanted to be!

I asked Toti specifically to take my case in front of the judge so it could be heard and NOT to attempt negotiations with my narcissistic ex. However, Toti went behind my back and attempted negotiations, delaying the Hearing and causing a huge fiasco with my kids. He thinks he knows everything, he is a stuck-up jerk, and doesn't listen to a thing you say.

If you're looking for a lawyer to get the job done hire Frank he has a superb team. I am a single father and I gained sole custody of my daughter in 3 months

Frank is not very helpful and seems to only do the minimum required of him to appear that he is trying. When trying to finalize the case over the phone, I heard him say, 'this is f***ing stupid', under his breath. Something happened during the transition for the children, which I had mentioned was a potential outcome, to which he did not plan to counteract. I was already underwhelmed by his performance in court and those last interactions I had with him sealed my opinion. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.
