When I first came to Ashlee I had already spoken to a few attorneys but none really instilled much confidence in me. Micheal Burton began negotiations with opposing counsel by apologizing profusely. He then gave my ex nearly everything she demanded. Today is Jan 24th; my last scheduled visitation day was Christmas. I'm a disabled veteran living near the federal poverty level, and for the privilege of not seeing my kids I get to write a check every month to a household north of $180K/year. He couldn't fight his way out of a wet paper bag.

This is probably the worst law firm I have dealt with. They are thieves. I paid them over 16,000 for a custody case. It took about a year and they never filed motions for me! They claimed it took a while to review the case. 16k worth? I don't think it takes that long to read. They only thing they did was get the judge to make me pay 10,000 for an evaluation. Of course when I ask for a refund, they say no. I plan to take legal action if they don't give me at least half of my money back. Go to another law firm!!!! It's not worth it.
