Eric is the absolute best. He is very caring and understanding. Eric will tell you how it is whether you like it or not. He is affordable and big on racial equality , coming from a minority. Im very thankful I had chosen him to defend me. If I ever get in trouble with the law again I know exactly who to call with no hesitation. Chose Eric you wont regret it!

He will be on your side 100% of the way, reminding you of how the whole process will go. From beginning to the end. And shawnda is also the most heart warming, trust-worthy person to help you and inform you the entire step of the way. Her dedication to making sure you not only feel comfortable, but welcome is refreshing. Especially in a sensitive time of need. They both made my divorce process the easiest, pain-free experience for me, and I could not be more appreciative to have found them.

Started off great. We were in desperate need of a lawyer and hired him the day before our hearing. The following hearing our kids were sent out of state. Months have dragged on and we have done everything that has been asked of us. Over a month before our final hearing and he asks for more money. We spent all of our savings on this and still don't have our kids. We were told we had until the first week of August to pay, then today, 8/5/19 we were told he withdrew! Leaving us without representation before our final hearing. Sad when people in a desperate situation get taken advantage of. Makes sense why there are so many 1 star reviews!

I am extremely upset I had even hired this man. I had to explain my case every single time. He acted surprised with evidence brought forth that we had already discussed. Every meeting we had, it lasted 20 minutes at most. He seemed to always be in a rush to go. This was embarrassing for me and my family to see this go so terribly in court when it was a very easy win with all the evidence provided. He would talk to the other lawyer and come back and it appeared he would trust what the other lawyer told him instead of his own client. This lack of trust between clientele and lawyers is a huge red flag! He took my money and I have a funny feeling that he was paid off as well. He kept mentioning the grandmothers money as if it has any relevance to my case but when I mentioned other factors deeper into the issue of the money it would be considered irrelevant. Did not seem to trust me from the beginning and seemed he did not believe me even with all the proof provided. He did not defend my good name and he also got my information incorrect in court more than once! I would never recommend this lawyer. Stay away!

Went in for a simple divorce. No kids, no property shared, nothing between us to split. I went to Eric and he said it would be 45-60 days max because this is such a simple divorce....it ended up taking 6+ months. UNPROFESSIONAL is just one word I could use to describe this law office.Other than having to call them every few days to see what was taking so long, or me having to call to find out they needed paperwork signed from me heres a few reasons why I would NEVER recommend this so called legal professional I asked for an update to when this divorce process would be thru and Erics response to me was why? Whats the rush are you trying to get married again? rude and inconsiderate given the circumstances. my lawyer didnt feel the need to mention to me that I had to put in my FINAL JUDGEMENT THAT I WANTED MY MAIDEN NAME BACK. he actually told me most people dont want their maiden name back and that he could google statistics of people who want their last name back but also told me not to quote him. I dont know what 27 year old with no kids or connection to their ex husband Wouldnt want their last name back. I think the icing on the cake was when Eric asked me if I could reach out to my ex husband so he could contact his lawyer....real professional.

It traumatized me. He makes sure he gets paid no matter what, actually tried n succeeded to be double paid.... He wasn't prepared for my case. He forgot too much. He somehow pulled it off by suggesting that our divorce proceedings commence at once Long story short, I'm divorced (yay) had my 50/50 back to be with my kids again1 person is all it takes to ruin a parent and a lifetime reputation. I took the high road, don't come down to anyone's level. Karma!Lynn is the best paralegal in Florida though! She helped me through so much. Thank you Lynn

Went to see Eric in regards of changing my grandson's last name when he was 3 months old. Eric suggested that we go for a custody Arrangement and child support at the same time. I told him we were really just interested in getting his last name changed he said we might as well do it all so I finally agreed I paid him up front in full to Greed upon amount. finally the court date comes we'll come to find out all he did was the custody and child support petition and never put in the petition for his name change. So he never did put in a petition for name change my grandson is now almost 3 years old and still never had his name changed very dissatisfied with him when I contacted him about the petition for his name changed he said it would cost me more money I went to you for a name change never did what I paid you to do very dissatisfied I'd give you 0 Stars if I couldUpdate : I contacted your office and left multiple messes with your front desk. After many failed tries you got back to me weeks later saying I would have to pay you more money forb the job I asked you to do. My daughter is a single young mother when we had our first meeting she told you that if and when we were going to start child support she could get that from the state for free. She was very upset when the court date came , the judge asked why she wanted this and she began to say why she wanted her child to have her last name, the judge stopped her and said I don't see that on todays docket. She was very embarrassed. So your backhand apology is not needed we did everything we could to get to resolve this and you couldn't of cared less you just wanted more money, not to help us do what you were hired and paid in advance to do!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL !!!!
