HIGHLY RECOMMEND MUSCA LAW FIRM I unknowingly left the scene of an accident, found out when the police showed up with the video of the accident. I was mortified, to say the least. I found Musca Law on Google, they had the best reviews. I was being charged with leaving the scene of an accident (Reckless driving) and facing possible jail time with fines. The firm was able to beat my case with nothing on my record-no conviction whatever. Thank you again! I will definitely use them again if I need them.

We retained the firm to help a young man who had gotten himself into trouble. The charge was a felony and all parties were extremely concerned what the outcome might be for this young man. I called the firm on Friday well after 10:00pm and spoke with attorney Di Caro within minutes, we were kept in the loop from start to finish. The felony charge was dismissed. We are eternally grateful for the work the Musca firm did on the case.To top off the great communication, after the case was favorably resolved attorney Musca called me personally. Our family retained Musca Law to represent my son on a bad decision he made which would have resulted in him having a misdemeanor on his record for the rest of his life. With the representation of Musca Law not only were my sons charges dropped, but they assisted him in getting into a program which made him eligible to have his records sealed as if the incident never happened. I will start by saying that I hired the firm of Musca law to help me out on a citation court that I got from a accident that involved a pedestrian, they work with me and did a good job and were able to dismiss the charges and the ticket I have to said that I hold a CDL license and by them getting the ticket dismissed I didnt get any points take of my license

WARNING. STAY AWAY. Sounded great at first but it was too good to be true. (JUAN DELGADO) They lied upfront about the cost of the case and postponed my case 2 times and charged for court appearance. Initially they quoted $4000 for the case but 2 days before the 3rd court appearance they called and said they wanted another $31,000 to continue the case. This type of law firm is disgusting doing the bait and switch. Now my court has been delayed for 3 months for no good reason just because they wanted milk the case for more money. STAY AWAY. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS FIRM TO MY WORST ENEMY.
