Harris and her staff when I had an emergency situation come up involving my father who has dementia, I live in another state and he lives in FL and I found out that people were trying to take advantage of him. I contacted Ellie and she knew exactly what to do in order to protect my father. She is very ethical, knowledgeable, and communicative. Very disappointed with this attorney!! We had a family emergency and needed an attorney ASAP. I initially called the office and left my info with the woman who answered, she assured me I would receive a call back after they were back from lunch. I waited 3 hours and received no call, it was end of day on Friday the 19th and I was getting worried, so I called back. The woman said she had nothing there telling her that they were supposed to call me back and was extremely rude to me. I was extremely upset and left a negative review like this one. I received a call at 7pm from the attorney out of the blue asking me to please take the review down. She said she would help me and was sorry. Well I took the review down. And now its April 10th which is 22 days later and she had no intention of helping me. Just back and forth with text and emails and now its 3 weeks later and 6 days till D Day. I could have found a different attorney, instead of waiting for her, now I have 6 days to find an attorney ( if there is even one that can do it in 6 days, which I doubt) or my step mom and 4 siblings ( a 3 yr old, 4yr old, 8 yr old and a 14 year old) will be homeless due to Ellies lies and time wasting. The only care or worry that Ellie had was that she had a bad review, she could care less about the horrible situation that she has caused my family to be in!
