I can't recommend Brandon Legal Group more! I had to get my divorce finalized fast. Ingrid was my attorney and she and her office drafted the papers and helped me get it finalized in less than 30 days! She was fabulous and totally held my hand through everything!!! Worth every penny.

Ingrid is extremely unprofessional, unkind & resorts to character assassination when she has no real facts or evidence. I have never seen an Attorney who talks over people, gets delusional and loud....taking over the conversation, in an attempt to make herself look 'correct'. Hooglander is exceedingly improper and unskilled- falsely accusing a client in a divorce settlement of doing things which are not based on fact nor evidence. She gets personal, has no tact or people skills, which makes her unprofessional and incompetent, in my opinion.

I highly recommend Brandon Legal Group! Everyone there treating me as if I was part of their family! I was always greeted with a warm welcome and they were very professional and timely with their communication about my car. Ingrid Hooglander represented me and did an outstanding job! She is a strong Christian, she has incredible moral ethics, she wants the very best for you, and her work ethic was beyond reproach. She helped me think my way through things that I would never thought about, she gave me courage when I needed it, she prayed with me when I could not say the words, and she had my back throughout the entire process! I am only give 2 stars because I am not pleased with what I went through. However, I am glad that the job is done. But! This matter could have been dealt with in a better timely matter. First they didnt have what was needed and then there were more cost that didnt need to happen if they were BETTER prepared from the start. After court I wasnt even informed until last of all last minutes of additional fees which has happened more than 2x. Theyre not good with communication... Nor being prepared. I will give them some props that theyre knowledgeable to a certain extent. But this firm is a bit into the $$ then to helping with better preparations.

My son I got into a bit of trouble and I was quite worried. Edi, Had call me back quickly after I Left a message I hope I am spelling her name correctly. She scheduled myself and My son I believe the very next day which was quite a relief. Our consultation was with David Faulkner. I felt at ease as soon as I walked in. Then my son and I met David very very good attorney I would highly recommend him in Brandon Legal group for any legal needs. He is professional but yet made my son and feel comfortable. And I'll just say He had to do a lot of leg work for my son's case definitely earned his money

Stephanie is one of the best attorneys in this office. She listened to us and was highly prompt on responding to us. Whatever we needed, she was there. I honestly believe that even though BLG is fairly costly, you pay for what you get. We had a previous attorney that was awful for a fraction of what we had paid for BLG. Not only that, we addressed our concerns with how much money we had left and they were veryyyy mindful of it. We had two cases, the first of which was dismissed within 2 months and then a step parent adoption. Stephanie really hit it out of the ballpark. We hired her in December and both cases were done by May. Sean and I couldnt be more grateful for an amazing attorney. Not once were we ever disappointed. Stephanie is simply the best and we highly recommend her!! We cannot emphasize it enough, thank you, Stephanie, so so so so much for all of your hard work. We truly appreciate you.

This is a large law group who presents a very good first impression and are willing to refund any unused retainer money. That said The first consult was not used to establish any kind of plan or file although there was lengthy discussion that led me to believe my case had been initiated. The retainer money I paid quickly dissipated through internal file handling. I dismissed this attorney feeling that they were of the intention of drawing out a lengthy divorce case instead of attmpting to resolve it expeditiously.

Not only are the lawyers at this firm dedicated to their clients they have hard working and dedicated paralegals assisting them. Often times you will find the paralegal alongside the lawyer during trial. It allows the lawyer to focus on what is important, arguing the case to help their client!

I hired Ingrid M Hooglander to defend me in a divorce case. Her main goal was to exploit me. She was very dishonest. She double billed me for services not rendered. Although I pay her in full for my divorce she had the audacity to put a lien of my house and had the nerve to bill me for preparing the paper for the lien she put on my home. It was a horrible experience .....

We had a great experience with BLG. Our situation involved the theft of a wedding ring from our residence by an in home service provider. BLG pursued the issue with vigor and persistence resulting in a favorable settlement on our behalf. Nothing can replace the ring, but it's nice to know some form of justice was served. Another firm didn't care to take on the case. We are glad BLG did.

One of their attorneys started yelling and harrassing me. Threatening me that I will get served and he will see me in court. I do not think it is proper and formal way to intruduce himself as someone representing his client...no matter on who's side you are on.

These people are only after money. Avoid them at all cost. Half the good reviews are from people that work at BLG. Sean the general manager is Ingrid's husband usually that little fact is left out.

Very bad experience with Laural Tesmer child custody case has been going on for a year and it seems like nothing has been accomplished now I'm having to go to another attorney's office to get things done right will never recommended anybody instead of attempting to correct the problem between me and the attorney they push me out the door and said I would be a lot happier with another attorney
