She has been able to advise me when visitations go awry and always directs me back to the law, and what is best for my children. After trying to represent myself so many times before in court and dealing with the stress of the paperwork. I am glad I found the Law Offices of Shauna M Albright. They defended me in my child custody case. I was super nervous because this is the first time I have ever had a lawyer and I the crazy request my childrens father was seeking I just couldnt let happen. Mrs. Albright , Samantha (the paralegal) and the team really supported me through the entire process and Mrs. Albright really went to bat for me in court. She was well prepared and when it was her time to speak she laid out the entire back story really putting emphasis on the inconsistency my childrens father has in regards to involvement in their life. Which gave the judge a very vivid picture of what we were defending. Mrs. Albright carries herself very professionally and genuine shows concern about your situation as if its her own which means a lot because my children mean everything to me. Overall Mrs. Albright won my case for me and my childrens fathers request was denied and his orders were left the same. So I was very pleased. The courts messed up on the paperwork they submitted to us with the order on it and I reached out to Samantha and Mrs. Albright about it and they amended the order and got it fixed within a few days (because it happened over a weekend). Overall I am very pleased with the entire team and it feels good to now say I have a lawyer to call. They honestly care about your situation and treat you like family. I will always go to them and recommend them 100%.

After our consultation I felt much more confident about my rights and the future divorce process. I retained their services and Goushia Farook handled my case. She was an absolute rockstar! Personable, professional, and to refer to her as being knowledgeable would be an understatement. Having been, unfortunately, involved in family law issues for the better part of 14 years, I had become familiar with all aspects of family law. The good, bad and the ugly.When I decided to retain the services of the Law Offices of Shauna M. Albright, I did so with much reservation based on past experiences.I must say at the conclusion of my case, I can honestly say my experience with this Law firm was my most positive experience in dealing with family law issues and law firms.Ms. Farook, my direct attorney was great. She kept me informed and was knowledgeable and informative throughout 9 months of litigation. All the assistants were helpful as well. I found the billing to be fair and accurate. I never felt over charged and in fact even their rates went down during the case. Though family law is never inexpensive, I felt every penny was well spent.I would highly recommend the Law Offices of Shauna M. Albright to anyone in need of professional services when involved in family law litigation.

I would like to start with how grateful I was that I found Ms Albright and her team. Ms Albright and her team made me believe there was hope for fathers when it comes to custody.In 2003 I lost all hope in the court system because I lost, almost, all of my rights to my daughter. During court in 2003, the whole court preceding was one sided and my lawyer at this time did nothing. The judge did not let me speak, bring evidence or anything, I felt robbed and discourage. Since 2003 I was scared of the possibility of having to go to court, because I did not want to lose any more time with my daughter. In 2014 I had enough. There were too many games being played and most of all, my daughter needed me. I contacted three different law offices and left messages with all three. Two of the three law offices contacted me back and after talking with them, I felt lost and hopeless, just as I did in 2003. My emotions went ramped and my confidence went out the door. I felt screwed so I went for a drive to clear my head and I prayed and prayed for help. Then my phone rang. I remember it perfectly; I was in my car, at the Petco Parking lot when Shauna called me. I talked with Shauna for about 45 minutes, explaining what was going on and expressing my feelings about the family court system. After our conversation my confidence was slightly raised and I felt hope. This was the beginning of a two year custody battle.Throughout this two year custody battle Ms Albright helped me become confident in what I was doing and why I was going to court. Ms Albright and her team helped in getting everything (being prepared) ready for court and to cover every angle. Ms Albright also covered every possible rebuttal which the other side could make. What made me very confident was, watching Ms Albright in court, she was AWESOME. Ms Albright was a master of her craft. After the first day of court and watching Ms Albright, my confidence was through the roof. After three day of court, I watch Ms Albright disproof everything the opposing side was claiming, showed how un prepared they were, showed how many excuses they could come up with in two hours, made them recant thing they said and showed the true colors of the opposing party. It was awesome. Unfortunately after the three days of court, the judge allowed my daughter to remain with her mother, but with guidelines. Strict guidelines Ms Albright fought for to impose and a new court date 4 months out. On the second court hearing after the initial three, Ms Albright returned with force. Showing the court how the guidelines were not fulfilled and how unwilling the opposing party was to follow them. Needless to say, my daughter is now living with me and she is so happy. I owe it all to Ms Albright and her team. Thank you Ms Albright, from the bottom of my heart, I am glad we made contact over the phone that day. You really brought back the faith in the court system.
