I have to say that this office and their staff are amazing! I am a battered woman with a child! Catherine and her staff fought for my child and myself! As if it was their own situation! I cant can not express how thankful I am. Catherine seen the situation I was in. Agreed to a lowered retainer fee and she also accepted payments for any fees after the retainer! I can say that this practice works on the cases with their hearts! Thank you Catherine and staff. You guys are amazing

My experience today with Catherine A. Schwartz & her secretary was VERY UNPLEASANT for a couple reasons.1. I was told there price for a retainer from there associate lawyer yesterday & today Catherine A. Schwartz WOULD NOT HONOR her own lawyers WORD & said she CHANGED POLICY YESTERDAY & wants double the fee for retainer 2. When I asked if she's not wanting to work with me, SHE FLAT OUT TOLD ME NO, I DONT WANT YOUR CASE.Guess I know why she doubled retainer VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL Be careful, I called for a divorce matter

I should have done this review long time ago but due to my hectic schedule I did not think how important it is to give a feedback to the person who defend you in time of legal cases.My experience with Atty. Catherine Swartz was highly positive and without any second thought I would proudly recommend her. During the time when she was handling my divorce case - for the first time I felt confident thinking that she would take care of me and sure enough certainly did. The staffs are polite, professional, friendly, respectful and when time I needed something right away they would take care of it. Brittany Mason has done a great job of handling my legal docs unlike other paralegals when they makes mistakes and when you asked them to fix their mistake the law office would charge their client for correcting them. Fortunately, I did not have to experience this kind of problem in Catherines office.Catherine Swartz makes you feel like you are one of her staff, family members or a friend. She was polite, professional, honest, very aggressive and she'll do everything she could to help you. Shes the type of the lawyer who treats their client with respect and at the same time she knows to relate herself of what you have been thru and with that kind of an attitude it gives her the desire to do everything in her power to helped you. I enjoyed the time with her mainly because not that she's my lawyer she was also my friend who comforts me and makes me feel like I wasn't alone. Shes competent and knows exactly how to defend you. Once again, I want to thank you Atty. Swartz and her great staff for handling my case successfully and I miss you guys!

Tried to work something out but didn't accept my offer. I was a single parent trying to get help but they didnt care all they wanted was 3500 for one court case and I tried to give them 1200 and they didn't want to work with me at all.

Beyond satisfied with Christina Godbey. She is attentive and focused. She was my attorney but you just get good vibes from the firm as a whole. Every single person in the firm is kind and helpful. I can't stop talking to my friends and family about this firm. They do not promise you the world when you go in, but you just have to know they will use every bit of knowlege and skill for the best of your child. Your child is what matters. I talked to many other attorney, but i knew when I had my initial Consultation with Catharine she would have her firm fight for my son's well being. I can't thank you enough Christina and Catherine.

Catherine Schwartz, Christina Godbey and the rest of the Staff were all very supportive throughout the my divorce proceedings. My case was fairly complicated with child custody, support and business issues. My Ex-husband and I had tried to resolve our issues amicably before seeking legal counsel, but we were unable to do so. Ms. Schwartz and Ms. Godbey were able to secure a very well-respected mediator to help us negotiate and complete my divorce.

Family Law Court assigned Ms Christina Godbey as minor counsel for my children. At first I was leary on the fact that it was a woman and that she may be bias due to the fact my children mother have her way in court majority of the time. But boy o boy was I wrong! Miss Catherine Schwartz advised me that Miss Christina Godbey was more than fair and will fight for what's best for the children. Little did I know, Miss Christina Godbey read file after file, report after report, visit the children at school and home, consult with my myself and my co parent, including other miscellaneous things and more. The day of court justice was served and the truth was exposed. Now my children can go back to living a normal life. I give this law firm 5 stars, which include staffing, paralegal and attorneys. I retained Ms. Schwartz to get an order change on custody and visitation. Her staff was extremely helpful and compassionate, especially Ms. Schwartz. I got primary custody and could not be happier. I would recommend her to all my friends and family. Complete professional and a great person.

This office is horrible, they just see a quick buck and take it. They do not inform you of all your rights or possibilities when facing custody disputes and do nothing to fight for you. Definitely in the mentality of just making money and not fighting for what is right for thw child. The individual does all the work and recieves no guidance or mentoring on their case. Only reason i gave her a star is because you have to in order to leave a review. She didnt inform my brother of his rights and what to do, instead left it all for him to do on his own and it ended up favoring the other party and all she suggested was to fight in court again a year from now. There was no follow-up or explanation of any of the procedures or the outcome.

I never wrote a review before but i feel like others need to hear about my experience. I was working with Michael Razo and paralegal Brittany Masson. Both were amazing to work with. All my calls, emails and questions were answered promptly. I never felt like I was just another client.Michael was extremely professional. He made me feel comfortable and therefore he was easy to talk to and work with. He made sure I was comfortable and fully understood all decision making before they were presented to the other party or to the judge. Michael turned a difficult situation into a much easier process for me. I felt like Michael really cared about my case and what was best for my daughter.
