Guy Herreman is a crook. He charged me over 3K to file as my attorney to the court and mail a letter to my ex. He charged me $2797.92 for a letter he sent to my ex by mail. Also charged $113.75 for a conference (Approx 10 min conference), and $200 to 'open new client file'. Guy and his law firm take advantage of people in need of help navigating the court system. Awful.

I have worked with Guy and his firm for 3 years. I have to say that this was an amazing firm to work for. During my long three-year divorce, it was a very interesting journey and through it all they were there to help me and guide me. Audrey one of Herremans associate was amazing she is a power charger, and anyone would be lucky to have her as an attorney. She was an amazing attorney and worked with me though this long battle. Her motivation and determination in helping me kept me feeling safe and calm knowing that I was in good hands. Herreman law firm will help you out and guide you with the correct information. I have to say that I dont know if any other law firm would have kept me due to how nasty and complicated the divorce was. I would like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart being there with me through my Journey. All the staff members in the office are very professional and are always willing to work and help all their clients. I would highly recommend this law firm and their associates.

Mr. Herreman and his team are just excellent in every way. They give you a sense of relief and calm as they walk you through the court procedures and take their time to explain everything and they make sure you are ready for your court date. If you ever have a question they are a phone call away or you could go to their office. Mr. Herreman is passionate about his profession and will truly fight for you. I hope I never need to go to court again, but if I do, I know I can count on Herreman. I never post reviews, but this law firm helped me when I was at my lowest that a review showing them praise is the least that I could do.

I was referred to Mr. Herreman for my X wifes divorce because he advertised to better assist with and more knowledge regarding Fathers Rights. But that is not the case. A lot of charges when they invoice you for small things and when your ordered to pay alimony, child support, health insurance, and loose all your assets those things adds up. I was never told about hidden charges. This experience reminds me of taking your used car to get fixed at a mom and pop place.

Amazing team!! I cannot say enough about Mr. Herreman, but he is a beast! Got my husband full custody of his daughter! As he should of...people look at the money but look what your fighting for and Im sure its worth it!! Im sure some peopleWho have had a bad experience with them must just be very difficult people...because my experience was a simple breeze...sure it did break the bank but worth it in the end...my step daughter was only 3 at the time and is now 13 and we still have her full time..Thank God and thank you to the Herreman firm!!

Utterly incompetent. I retained and paid this man $3,000 to handle my ongoing child custody battle.but had to fire him two weeks before my court date due to the fact that he clearly had no idea what he was doing. Herreman is amoungst the worst of the bottom feeders that family law attracts, preying on people's desperation with grandiose claims of success, sadly to call his abilities limited would be acknowledging that he even had abilities. With all my heart I beg you, do not use this man If you value your children's welfare.

I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism exhibited by Mr Herreman and his team. I held up the process a bit on my end trying to be fair and reasonable. I had to realize I was dealing with someone who did not have the same intent. I ended up being awarded with 50/50 custody of my children, no child support at the moment with spousal support being terminated. Thank you is not enough for their efforts. I would highly recommend their services.

After going through an ugly custody and divorce battle and getting nowhere having another attorney represent me I was living a nightmare. No words can describe my experience with this law firm except that If your needing an attorney that truly cares about you and your case, that doesn't over bill you or bill you for services that didn't take place, or an attorney that tells you a set amount to handle what you need to get done, this is not the attorney for you. Also I am confident any positive reviews on here or yelp are from his own employees. And if you have had a bad experience with this business please write the bar association and BBB, so that other people in need of help don't get all their life savings sucked out of them as well. Even when I gave them the opportunity to make things right, they immediately asked me to sign a form or they would bill me ' significant charges'. Smh.

If could rate 0 stars I would. I was broke and borrowed money to hire this law firm. Mr. Herreman himself was my attorney and did absolutely nothing but asked for continuances. Draining me of every last cent I saved and borrowed. There was no fair outcome. This firm over charges and does NOTHING. Fast forward to now and they are still trying to bill me for work they did after I fired them. By then our case had transferred over to Juvenile court so they had no work to do on my case, yet they still billed me for it.
