My divorce was a relentless battle that took 3 years to finalize and no one could've handled it more gracefully than Linda Claypool. I was able to put a very tough chapter of my life to close and Linda had the endurance to see it through. In the new chapter, I can't say it's overly sunny, but I will say that coparenting will never be what it was those first two years. We have a dialogue and rules that are in place, it creates a safety net if circumstances ever do change. I feel better about myself, the situation doesn't feel impossible, I no longer carry shame. You would get better results from a paralegal then Ms Claypool. She has no clue in what she is doing. I transferred over to her from a another attorney. It took her over 5 months to review the case. I had to make decisions without her input for she didn't have the facts. Even after she stated that she had reviewed the file I was to answer my ex's complaints not her all the while I was being billed. As it turns out she didn't review the file and submitted documents to the court that contradicted earlier documents. This cost me thousands. But it doesn't end here... She was to ask for more details on transactions with my Ex's bank account because she is hiding a large sum of money which is Ms Claypool had read the file would realize that. As it turns out she spent more money on the request and because she didn't know how to ask (HER OWN WORDS) I now have redo the last year of work and thousands of dollars. I would look for another attorney.

Divorce is very emotional and stressful. Linda was recommended by a stranger who overheard my conversation with a friend regarding filing for divorce. Horrible experience. Does not follow through, Charges for services not rendered. Says free consultation but when you let her go her for horrible performance she charges you for it. Unproffessionial. My suggestion is go elsehwere.
