I had a legal matter to resolve which became urgent and Mr. Strachan stayed late one evening to see me quickly. From my first visit, he and the staff were personable, professional and efficient. Because of this, we were able to complete all paperwork quickly. Mr. Strachan was able to negotiate a settlement with the other partys attorney quickly and without going to court, and the outcome was far better than I had expected and his fees were very reasonable. This was the best experience I have had working with an attorney, and I would highly recommend Mr. Strachan.

I first met Bill Strachan in 2013 (on the advice of a close friend) to review a final judgement prepared by another attorney. Bill spent 30 minutes discussing the important dissolution details with me one-on-one and charged me zero. I thanked Bill for his time and told him that if I ever needed a Family Law attorney again, I would certainly hire him. Fast forward five years to 2018 and the ex blindsides me with a harsh wage garnishment, despite an oral agreement to the contrary, several promises not to do so (get it in writing folks), and an income that now exceeded mine. I immediately contacted Bills office for representation. Bill was prepared. The Judge heard testimony from both sides. The opposition was admonished and the case was a rout. I was so pleased with the results I drove to the Law Offices of William M. Strachan the following day to personally thank Bill and his team for their effort in representing me and for obtaining a fair judgement, which is what we sought. I would not, no, could not consider retaining any other Family Law attorney in the future. I hope I never need one, but if I do, that attorney will be Bill Strachan. Without hesitation.

Six years ago I was looking for someone to represent me in my custody case. It was last minute, I was shopping for an attorney, and i was referred to Mr. Stratchan by a mutual friend. My case was complicated my sons father and I had an original verbal agreement (horrible decision) on visitations and child support. My husband and i were getting station to a different state and a week prior to my move my sons father served me with court orders. Long story short it was a great decision coming to Mr. Stratchan, he was able to represent me while i was out of state. Of course every case is different but he's on top of his cases and knows whats hes doing. He educated me on what to do and what to look into an attorney if i decided not to hire him to represent me. He's straight to the point, he doesn't play around he's all business, prior my medication he spoke to me to make sure i knew what i wanted prior going to it. He definitely was well worth my money it was a stressful experience but he made it a lot less stressful for me.

I have been working with Bill for the last year. He has helped me tremendously through a very difficult divorce and custody battle. He has always been extremely honest with me about the outcome. He doesn't sugar coat anything either. Although Bill can be curt at times, he's straightforward and to the point. I would highly recommend hiring Bill.

RUN! I hired this lawyer without doing my homework. Shame on me! In my opinion he was extremely difficult to communicate and work with. On the few occasions I did see or talk to him, he was scattered, all over the place, rude, and difficult. At one point, he NEGLECTED to inform me of a court date! Next, he sent me into mediation with NO guidance or direction, nor did he explained to me what to expect! Then he literally YELLED at me when he seen the mediation agreement!! Needless to say relationship terminated! I went on to find awesome representation who got my case handled with style! Do your homework folks! I would not/do not recommend william strachan
