Where do I start !Sean Yanez, first off has the most integrity of any lawyer Ive ever met, we met three years ago, when I contacted him from Northern California and let him know that my wife had moved to Southern California with my three children without my consent, and then she would not allow me to see them, We worked together for six months to put together a strategy that would involve me moving to Southern California getting a place where the children would be happy,Then going to court, in the process we took on the biggest divorce law firm in orange county, and in the end I got all three of my children 50% custody, my ex-wifes law firm was playing checkers while Sean was playing chess, Our goal from the very beginning was to establish that I was an excellent father, and that all the accusations against me were false, Sean was able to prove this to my ex-wifes lawyer to the point in which They decided not even to go to court. I now have my children 50% of the time, full legal and sole custody, this could not have been done without Seans expertise, planning and strategy. Avoid at all cost! Literally!!! They will take your money and you get nothing in return. They will not be on your side and will go whichever way the money flows. They do not support you as a client either, so do not be fooled. The retainers fees are a joke as they eat them up, and all you have to show for it is stacks of worthless paperwork.

Mrs Shary, one of the associates, made the children feel at ease during the interview, and really listened to them. My experience withYanez FIRM was amazing, i had such a short time to come up with something to help me and Joanna was there for me. I really appreciated the free consultation as well, it let me see even in their own time they help not knowing off one will be paying for the assistance or not. The fee is also reasonable I think if it had to do with your child its worth it. I hope to never have to go to court again but if I had to I wouldn't think twice in hiring Yanez FIRM again. I work in a law office myself and I know first hand how busy she must be. That said, she took a considerable amount of time to discuss my child support case and what the best avenue would be to proceed. Because my situation is a little different from regular support collection procedures, she informed me that she was not familiar with what to do, and that she would not charge me to 'learn'. I normally don't write reviews, but after having Yanez & Associates represent me in my divorce case, I felt that I should write one. Iv been going through my divorce for about 3 years, and I have to say Yanez & Associates were there every step of the way. The people at this firm (from the office staff to the paralegal to the attorney) treat you like family. I don't know much about court stuff, but they were able to walk me step by step on what i need to do and make me understand fully of what is going on. After my court date in Jan 6, 2015 everything went into my favor thanks to these guys. I'm so blessed to have these guys represent me and in the long run it was worth every penny. And during my 3 years of fighting back and forth, the attorney fees kept going higher and higher, and with hard times in my work Yanez & Associates were able to help me out with my finances. I was able to pay each month what I can. You cant find any other firm that will do that. The time you step in till the time you leave is professional to its fullest. OMG I would never have enough words to describe Iraida Olivas awesome service, this woman is an Angel sent from above, its like she is meant to help dudes like me who are dumb when it comes to the court thang . I had divorce and a legal name change handled by the firm and both were handled quickly and professionally with very little I had to do on my own and even the things I did need to handle myself, I was walked through what I needed to do and that helped ease my anxiety about the situation. I went to her on July requesting some help from her for my divorce, child custody and child support. I asked her if I could work payments with her she agree to it. Its been almost 6 months and I almost close to paying my whole amount and she hasn't resolve anything for me. I contact her asking her to drop my case for the reason that I am very unsatisfied she response so unprofessional and said I can't make my ex spouse work like a dog to receive child support money! I was scream at for fighting and making a point! The only reason she didn't speed my case where because of money when she had agreed on payments. She raise her voice and wasn't even helping. I feel like I threw all that money and got nothing from it. I really regret hiring this attorney. I am now seeking another attorney who is willing to take my payments and fight for whats honest and I could definitely say he will do a great job for my kids and me! Don't need no one to make me feel less! I definitely don't recommend her. You think as a women she will understand the situation, you will be disappointed after seeing she doesn't!
