Steve and his paralegal Steven are the ones mostly involved and helping me with my case and they are extremely attentive. If I have any questions or concerns, I get a phone call or emailed response back within an hour, every single time. The few times I've reached out to Steve, he would respond within minutes. Charged twice and never represented once. Asked at least for a refund on the second charge. And 'it was an error, they will get back... someday' 9 months later and they still blow us off. Completely unprofessional. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
