Martindale AV Rated Family Law Specialist.Matt Bogosian lives in SoCal, and I wanted him for my divorce attorney in NoCal. Why? Because he is the best. He is AV rated in Martindales (voted best of the best by his peers). He wrote case law on pre-owned property prior to my the divorce. (See Marriage of Frank & Dawnel Bonvino) Unlike some attorneys I interviewed, he will NOT upset the other side into a LOSE-LOSE war. Matt has a very high EQ, and because people like him, they will become more AGREEABLE to the Best Alternative To a Negotiated Agreement (BATNA). He is fair to all sides, and will counsel you to what he thinks is best and why. In my case, his fee's were reasonable, and he won a lump sum settlement in killing others and myself with kindness after a 20 year marriage, and 5 year divorce. I was fortunate enough to persuade Matt to take my case. You will be very fortunate if you are able to have him as your counsel!

I was way overcharged! With them on my case for only 20 days (temp spousal support). I was told it was under $5,000, same day they filed a doc with the court saying it was under $5,500, then I got a bill 2 days later for $11,500. I called and emailed several times but my attorney would not respond. Tried calling and texting the partner I meet through a church group, he ignored me. 3 weeks later they finally met with me and said there was not a mistake on the bill and if I couldn't pay it then they would remove themselves from my case. I would not recommend this law firm.

I too was way over charged. Quoted approx $8,500 to finish a case that $42,000 had already been spent. Next bill was over $14,500 and we are still at ground ZERO!You're Fired Jim!!!

I couldnt have dealt with my situation without Kristen Holstrom support, guidance and honesty. She was a rock for me is such a hard time in my life. After learning of my husbands infidelity, my emotions were running high and I decided it was best for me to immediately consult with divorce lawyers to find out what my options were. Mrs. Holstrom didnt pressure me to hire her and actually suggested that I take some time to really think about whether I can work things out with my husband. After taking a a couple weeks to weigh out my options, I decided to call Kristen to let her know I was ready to proceed with the divorce. I appreciated the fact that she remember our conversation from a couple weeks back and all of the details of my case. Kristen remained supportive and attentive throughout my case and got my divorce finalized relatively quickly, including sole physical custody of my daughter. I cant recommend Mrs. Kristen Holstrom enough! There were also other attorneys who assisted with my case. They were sharp, experienced and handled my hearings with ease. Between the attorneys and their support staff I was well taken care of. This process was not always easy but Kristen and the team at HB&P was always there when I needed them and delivered results. My daughter and I are forever grateful. I have since referred family and friends to Kristen and HB&P and everyone has been extremely pleased with the support and results from the law firm. I cannot recommend Mrs. Kristen Holstrom and HB&P enough!

I had been trying to settle a post judgement case for nearly three years. My ex-husband was ordered by the court to pay me several thousand dollars. Although, I had previously received several judgements, writs, and income withholding orders he was still not complying with the court orders. My former attorney had worked with me to this point was unable to proceed with a contempt case. I was in Pro Per when my ex-husband was being arrained on Contempt charges. I had not idea what I was up against. By the grace of God I met Dayn Holstrom that day. In a matter of weeks, Dayn was able to get me a lump sum payment, work out a payment plan and had my ex-husband found quilty on Contempt charges. Dayn is the most knowlegeable and aggressive attorney I have ever worked with. I know for a fact if I had Dayn representing me for the last three years this case would have never gone on this long unresolved. There are very few attorney's that have a full understanding of the law. We had bankrupcty issues, contempt issues, child and spousal support issues, settlement issues and Dayn is the only attorney I know that can handle all of these issues. I am so happy with the outcome. I can sleep at night now knowing, with complete confidence that Dayn has my best interest in mind and he really cares about the results. I have not doubt he will protect my rights and continue to follow my case to make sure my ex -husband is in complience with our agreement.
