100% Satisfied with Attorney Timothy Hall as he represented a member of my family facing several criminal charges. This is not a place someone wants to be in, however if you are or know someone who is Timothy Hall is a TOP notch criminal attorney,. The communication throughout the process helped answer any questions or concerns we had. He was forthright and upfront about the challenges that were faced and did not make any promise he couldn't keep. Tim's attention to detail, knowledge of the law and self-confidence in his abilities were a few of the reasons ALL CHARGES were dismissed. TIM is absolutely amazing! He was very involved in our felony criminal case since the day we reached out to him. He communicated with us regularly whether he had any news for us or was just checking in between court dates. We were told by our last attorney that this could go on longer than we anticipated, Tim stepped in and the case wrapped in 3 months time, with exactly what we were praying would be the outcome. Our family is extremely grateful for Tim and his firm, not only for all the hard work they put in for us and all our phones calls and emails that were always answered and returned, they provided amazing support in what was one of the worst times in our life. I was very pleased with my experience with Hall and Gilliland. I lost my gun rights years ago because of a charge when I was a juvenile and was always told that they could be restored eventually, but I had no idea how to go through the process. I heard their ad on the radio and placed a phone call. The friendly staff took my info and the attorney called me back within the hour. He was very informative and my gun rights were restored quicker than I expected. I highly recommend them to anyone in this type of situation.

Paid the amount requested by firm to deal with my matter, and was told I should expect some results in a month. I would be contacted. I called over a month after 1st meeting to check on things, and was brushed off with 'she's not in the office now, but i will email her ' the 1st time. The 2nd time it was much the same with little regard to my case.
