Acosta Law Office

This law office starts out good. Than after paying them to request specific holidays, they didn't take it to court. They advised we lie and say child was sick. They would call for money, yet in 5 months and $6000.00 later we still couldn't get them to send an itemized bill. They took $50.00 for a mediation that they never arranged. They took money and rarely returned calls. They than withdrew from the case a day before hearing siting they were unable to contact client. This incompetent firm left messages on a phone that hadn't been used in 4 months. I called other attorneys in the area to explain problem and one laughed saying they heard this before. Just my opinion, LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Was recommended to try Rocky out. Met her once in person out of the few months I worked with her. I know money was going to be a struggle with this so I arranged a payment plan. Anyways I was able to give a few hundred dollars a month but the process wasnt going anywhere. I worked harder on my case as far as collecting info for rocky to use in court that her assistant never Revised/worked on. The end result was me justifying what has occurred with this law firm and that was me sending an email of timeline of what occurred with them and myself as far as the process goes. Because the service was so poor the law firm allowed me to get released and not put into collections they made me pay $300 instead of $600 they originally demanded. I say you really have to have money up front or a good DP for Rocky to put some effort in your case. Definitely a bad experience for me.

Rocky is amazing, her staff is well organized and very patient. I'm very thankful to Acosta law.

Ms. Acosta represented my family and I in a Third Party Custody against the State of Washington. This process was long and frustrating, but Ms. Acosta was their cheering us on. Ms. Acosta made sure my family was kept together and made sure the finalization of the case was smooth. After dealing with the State of Washington for three years and then hiring Ms. Acosta to help us finalize the case for another year in a half, we have now had full custody of our nieces for two years and we couldn't be happier.Ms. Acosta also helped me obtain a Protection Order. I encountered an unexpected situation that required immediate attention and prompt action. Ms. Acosta was very prompt in getting me a court date. Ms. Acosta arrived to court prepared and ready to rock and roll. When the protection order was granted, I felt a lot better and I had Ms. Acosta to thank for that.Furthermore, Ms. Acosta helped my brother obtain an Order for Genetic Testing. This allowed him to move forward and establish parentage, and then petition for a parenting plan. If you need a family law attorney who is dedicated and caring, Ms. Acosta is definitely the person you are looking for.

Diana is very sweet. If you call ask for her. She is very helpful and nice and willing to listen. I called for my son's custody case for a question on child support and she went out of her way to help me figure out what was goihng on. I didnt end up getting a consultation but I was very pleased with the willingness to help and the amount of help I received just from a phone call.

Rocky is a very smart attorney who is always able to answer tough questions about immigration and family law. She is dedicated to her clients and the larger issues surrounding the work she does.

I currently have a case with this office since February 2017. Jesica Godoy has been managing my case! And I have to say my process has been the smoothest! She tells me the paperwork she needs, I take it & she gets things done! I am constantly emailing her asking for updates, sending her information, & setting appts. with her, & she is the best at getting back at me! This lady is dedicated! If she needs me to know something she will email me at 2am! 2 am who does that! Nobody but a dedicated person that cares about the case they have in their hands!
