The man was lazy and a thief. Completely bowed down to the judge and the opposition. Ignored everything I asked him to do and decided that he knew what was best. He ruined my life and I hope that you don't fall for this scam artist. He takes vacations without telling you and is a thief!!! He might do good for an easy case but I imagine he cruised though school and his daddy and mommy paid for all of it cause he is a lazy child. so don't expect him to do any good for you if he cant simply google the answers.

My first counseling with Bill (William) was in the month of Oct2017. Right from the outset, I found Bill to be professional and systematic - he explained me the legal procedures in sufficient details (and in a way that I could understand them to my satisfaction); cadence of events and rough timelines around them; and the documents that would be required of me and the legal documentation that he and his office would prepare on my behalf. After talking-to and evaluating a few more lawyers in the area, I was convinced that Bill would be represent me the best, following which I hired him. Bill has a strong bias for action, and in the weeks that followed, he proved to be increasingly resourceful - he asked the right set of questions (from me) to be able to assess the situation properly, and allowed me to ask mine. His recommendations and advices were tremendously helpful throughout, and they proved to be instrumental to quickly move forward with things.He was swift and detail-oriented with the paper-work and and ensured the documentation was thorough and error-free. He was timely in his communication and kept me informed around the proceedings. He and his office were also very accommodative of my schedule - even though I was not in the city for long durations of time, scheduling time with him over the phone (to have my questions answered or to get a status-update), was a breeze. He is also very responsive over emails. Thanks to Bill, my case concluded smoothly and as expected. Overall, I found Bill to be reliable, responsible and accountable and would strongly recommend him and his services.

Mr. Buchanan helped me with my divorce case. He kept me informed during my case and got me my share , I am very satisfied.

Mr. Buchanan seemed to do only an adequate job during my divorce but was often defensive when I questioned things he appeared to have missed and in turn blamed me for dropping the ball. While it is true that I should have been more informed about my financial situation, at the time I was a stay-at-home mom with two little kids and a furious estranged husband who had drained the bank account and cut off all the utilities to my home in the middle of winter. In short, I had my hands full getting myself and my kids through the emotional turmoil and Mr. Buchanan was the one I was paying a signifcant amount of money to to watch my financial backside. The real disappointment came a couple years later when Mr. Buchanan produced very disappointing results in a more complex family law matter that involved a medical issue for one of my kids. Ultimately, I felt that he mislead me on his ability to handle the case and was simply too unfamiliar with the particular issues to pursue my cause effectively. I ended up wasting a lot of time, money and emotional energy and had little to show for it. I wish I had done more research and found a dedicated family law attorney for this matter.
