Winnie's execution, delivery and speed was better than you have seen on any movie or TV show, she hung him out to dry. I was facing the potential of losing everything so those moments of her cross examination are instilled forever, it was the relief that I so desperately needed after over 7 months of pure hell. I would also advise she handle your decree and living will, etc. after the fact. In the end Winnie was able to prove to the court all the lies and convince the judge beyond a reasonable doubt that our child's best interest was with me. I could not have been any happier with the results and though money was an issue for me because Winnie is not cheap, figure it out, borrow, use credit cards do whatever you have to do, your child's life can never be discounted. I will be paying for the rest of my life but in the end my child's life is worth far more to me than any amount of money.
