I recently had a run-in with Williamson county. after what seemed to be a really long time and many trips to gtown it seemed like my court appointed attorney was getting nowhere with my case. my friend recommended Winnie Bates. I hired Winnie and in no time at all she got me lined out on what to do to satisfy the Court. went to court and the charges were dropped. she said she would and she did. worth every penny.

If you are going through a highly contested divorce and custody battle look no further, Winnie is who you NEED to hire!!! Winnie and her staff were always extremely responsive, they truly cared about me and my child's future. Every bit of advice she and her staff gave you should take, they have seen it all. If you end up at trial like me, I will ensure you her cross examination is second to none. Winnie's execution, delivery and speed was better than you have seen on any movie or TV show, she hung him out to dry. I was facing the potential of losing everything so those moments of her cross examination are instilled forever, it was the relief that I so desperately needed after over 7 months of pure hell. If you are in a situation like me to see that happen was worth every single penny. He was lying and Winnie was able to proof it and pull the carpet right beneath his feet. I would also advise she handle your decree and living will, etc. after the fact. In the end Winnie was able to prove to the court all the lies and convince the judge beyond a reasonable doubt that our child's best interest was with me. I could not have been any happier with the results and though money was an issue for me because Winnie is not cheap, figure it out, borrow, use credit cards do whatever you have to do, your child's life can never be discounted. I will be paying for the rest of my life but in the end my child's life is worth far more to me than any amount of money. Winnie is your girl, hire her today, any team she is on is a winning team go get it!

Winnie Bates was my attorney for a messy case. I am a father that went to court for a custody case in Williamson county. Did you read that right? a father and in Williamson county, the two hardest things to be when fighting against a mother. She assured me everything would be good and she would get this all taken care of. So i retained her that same day of talking and herself and staff began to work magic. Long story short no amount of money equals the amount of relief knowing your getting what you pay for and the outcome you could only hope to have.
