I met with Kyle for a consultation to finish what another attorney started. He was rude and disrespectful from the moment he sat down. He was obviously in a hurry and told me I wasnt being clear. When I asked if hed be okay if someone treated his wife this way he said hed waive the fee since it wasnt going good. Heidi was referred to me by a very good friend who happens to be an attorney as well. I was very fortunate for this referral but I am afraid she might not think the same of me. I was difficult to communicate with but she and Andrea did their best to keep me apprised of any progress and by moving the suit in the right direction. From the initial consultation through the signing of the divorce decree she was very professional, attentive and committed to serving my needs as one would want and appreciate. There is only one regret I have working with Heidi and that is not trusting her initial opinion that my case had merit to proceed with mediation and eventually with court proceedings if necessary. It had nothing to do with my confidence in her but the fear of the unknown. I believed and still believe the demands were unfair and selfish. As many know, the process can be very expensive, frustrating and exhausting, not only emotionally but financially as well. After six months of delays and intimidation perpetuated by my wife's attorney I succumbed to their tactics. Part of me is relieved but the resentment I hold may never dissipate. But there is not one bit of resentment I can attribute to Heidi's handling of my case and never will. While I was sitting with Heidi in the courtroom waiting to go in front of the judge, I apologized for not having the confidence I knew she deserved. Her response was that she still believed my case was with more merit but the process would have been arduous and expensive. Not once during the process did I think or feel anyone's best interest was first and foremost except mine. This is an integrity Heidi maintains and I believe any prospective client should take this into consideration when choosing an attorney to represent them. I have no regrets and have already decided to use her for another matter in the near future.

Heidi is fantastic, I recently went through a divorce that, well lets just say it had a few wrinkles. During the mediation Heidi was sharp and on her game, she played the game well and knew when to be tough and when it was time to give a bit. My divorce case was an uphill battle for nearly 2 years. Kyle inherited my divorce case from my lawyer after an upheaval at the original firm I utilized. My ex spent countless hours telling untruths about me which painted me in the worst light possible. I faced losing custody of my daughter, false criminal allegations (dropped), falls domestic violence charges (also dismissed) and a myriad of other trials throughout this process. Kyle was able and willing to listen to my side and see the truth about the situation and go to bat for me throughout this difficult process. He stood through multiple court sittings, new attorneys for my ex and a guardian ad litem hearing consistently and cooly to ensure that I received fair and equitable treatment. His advise throughout this process was spot on and invaluable. In the end I obtained sole custody of my 12 year old daughter which shows the lengths that Kyle went through to ensure that I as a single father would receive a fair shake on this. I would recommend Kyle and the team at Heinrich Christian to anyone looking for fair, reasoned and respectable treatment throughout this most difficult of times in a persons life.
