Robert Reeves and Zachery Fry are an outstanding team! I was arrested for a DUI charge. A few weeks later the same officers who arrested me that night for refusing to blow in a breathalyzer than gave me a ticket for being parked in a handicap spot. As a single mother of two under 4 years old, with no support, going through a divorce after newly relocating to SC from NY I was terrified. I didn't know the legal system in the state I had no idea how this would end. I knew I'd be facing not only a suspension for a year at least, but possible installation of a breathalyzer device in my truck, fines over $1000, alcohol classes or some type of community service and a charge on my record for life that would affect me forever. This was a case where the evidence for the most part all pointed to a loss due to my own actions, I believed I was without doubt going to pay in consequences more ways than one. this case was an open and shut win for the county they had no reason to make a deal. Zach's a miracle worker. His efforts were done in ease. The day of the FIRST & ONLY court date Zach called me & explained that he was able to get me a plea bargain of a reckless driving charge as well as a handicap parking ticket fine. That was it. The DUI charge would never exist. It was as if the entire thing never happened. My license was fully reinstated. This firm was professional, paid attention to every detail & successfully helped me get out of the legal mess with everything stacked against me. This year has been one of the hardest years of my life.
