We terminated her on Nov 28,2019, for 'lack of communication' and changing her story multiple times. We have asked for a bill, realizing that her Retainer Agreement allows her to keep $3,500 of the $5,000 retainer WITHOUT JUSTIFYING ANY WORK! No response. If I could give no stars I would. Do NOT employ her; she will promise the 'sun, moon, and stars', but when the rubber meets the road, she has a flat!
