This law firm was appointed by a family court Judge for my case in a custody battle and the Judge said he trusted these people. Well I don't trust them at all. Attorney Addison and Tracey Fender came to my Aunts house where I live and repeated over and over how my son would do well at my Aunts house where I live, and then in his preliminary report he said the complete opposite, and then Addison lied in court on me because the allegation against me were unfounded and took sides with the Plaintiff's attorney, as well as the Judge and took my son from me. This firm charges you for work they don't even do. The Fenders are crooks. They will violate your rights and Addison is prejudice. He's for the 2nd Amendment for himself only. He violated my gun rights. He used a black powder gun which is legal and a gunsmoke novelty badge which is legal from the T.V. show GunSmoke to which Addison accused me of impersonating a law enforcement officer to take my son from me. Amongst other things which I'll add later.He also lied about my Aunts house where I live and said the house was unsafe for the child to live in. The D.S.S. Lady said the opposite. All the false allegations that were made were all unfounded so they threw out the facts and used their feelings instead to take my son away. They will extort you. Beware of the Fender Law Firm

I absolutely recommend Fender Law Firm for any family law matters. I went through one of the most contentious separation and divorce cases where DSS, Law Enforcement, a GAL, Hopeful Horizons and the military were involved. It was the most trying time of my life and without the legal and personal support of Mr. Fender and Mrs. Fender I would have crumbled under the circumstances. During my case, my ex was represented by 6 different attorneys who attacked me from different angles all completely bogus and to no avail, but they tried relentlessly. Addison and Tracy are very professional, kind, and diligent individuals. About three years ago, they helped my husband obtain sole child custody of his son. Throughout the process, they were very honest and transparent of the potential outcome. I had a very detailed custody matter. It was scheduled for an emergency hearing and on an expedited basis. Addison jumped right on the case even though it was last minute and would require at least 4 days in court. Addison was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great work!!

We had just moved to South Carolina and still dealing with a custody case in PA. The situation was that the biological father didn't want to be an active role model in the child's life-but wouldn't sign over his rights, and the odds of the court terminating them in PA were slim to none. We hired Addison to help us prove to the courts in SC that he did not deserve, want or handle having any rights to the child. Addison was always 100% honest and never gave us ' I think's ' or ' Possibilities '. He was always upfront and honest about what was going to happen or what the outcome of each step would be. After all was said and done, Addison was able to prove to the SC courts without a doubt that the biological fathers rights should be terminated and awarded to the child's step-father. We started this journey in SC with no hope of my husband ever being able to adopt our daughter and ended it with a beautiful adoption. I wake up everyday and thank God and Addison that our family is finally complete in every way possible. I would recommend him to anyone!
