This guy can drag a divorce case out for several years. Never responds to client or the clients soon to be ex spouse attorney. He couldn't finalize a game of checkers. If you want divorced in the next century, keep looking for another attorney. Unwilling to get it done, longer it goes more he makes.....don't believe it look below at Angie Schultz review from 11 months ago.

To say Brian Sommers is a good lawyer is an understatement. Brian is exceptionally knowledgeable and well respected in the legal community. Not only is he excellent at his craft, but he was also relatable, personable and compassionate about my legal troubles. Brian didn't feed me a bunch of lies or fluff, he analyzed my case and the facts/evidence and explained the challenges I faced. With that honestly I was able to adjust my efforts in preparing for the case. Beyond that Brian is a comfortable pit bull in the courtroom. He has represented me on numerous occasions and knew when and where to apply pressure. If you need Brian, you can get ahold of him and his staff, unlike other attorneys. I was surprised to see how late Brian would call me, and even set up appointments on weekends. It was refreshing to see the staff so supportive of Brian and my case. I wouldn't dream of using anyone but Brian Sommers. I believe in doing a job right the first time, and Brian is the man for the job.

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Sommers. Unlike many lawyers, Brian says what he is going to do and does it. He was always up to speed on my case, and his staff were fantastic. Brian fraught for my rights ferociously, he is a true legal eagle.

Based on the strength of internet reviews, I hired Mr. Sommers to do a prenup for me. Everything was going well until Mr. Sommers felt there was an issue with the agreement. My fiance's lawyer did not feel there was a problem and I asked that the two of them speak to resolve it. At this point, Mr. Sommers went MIA - multiple, multiple calls from myself and my fiance's attorney went unreturned and this went on for a couple of months. My fiance's lawyer said in her 26 years of practice she had never experienced so much trouble getting ahold of another lawyer - it was just bizarre to her. For their part, the office staff and paralegal were very sweet and apologetic, but I never was able to speak to Mr. Sommers again. Finally, with the wedding date getting closer, I had to fire Mr. Sommers and hire another lawyer. My next lawyer got the prenup done without issue and quickly. So basically I paid Mr. Sommers $1400 for nothing.
