I contacted this firm for some very basic estate planning. After our initial meeting the attorney (Tyrone Borger) was late with the introductory questionnaire and then kept delaying crafting the documents. Finally, after I inquired, he told me they would be ready in a couple of days. I waited a week after his projected completion date and emailed him again. From that point forward he completely ghosted me. I had been referred to the firm through a legal plan and I reached out to the plan to see if they could help. The plans client services contacted the attorney and he told them he would call me that day. I never received a call from him and sent an additional courtesy email a couple of days later, to which he never responded. So if you are looking for compulsory lying, non-completion of services, and total abandonment, this it the firm for you. I could not even begin to imagine using this firm for anything critical or time-sensitive.

Do not use this firm!! Had a chapter 7 with them, and 3 days after my chpt was finalized, I got up to go to work on Monday, and my Jeep was gone> Repossessed.. Now my Harley is in hiding. Did not have me sign any re-affirmation dockets or even suggest it to me nothing@@..Still trying to get help from attorney Tyrone Borger, I have not heard from him since 12/12/19...

Cynthia Brandenburg is the reason public defenders are called public pretenders. She represented my son who has not been in trouble. She could not tell him any of the facts of his case. He asked to see the police report and she danced around the issue and never showed him it. I met with her and my son at the court house and we told her that he wanted to take it to trial but she told us that was not an option. She said we could get another attorney but we do not have the money for that. She did not fight for my son or even try. . During the punishment part she laughed and said she had nothing to add. Do not go to this firm unless you want to plea as charged. She showed me and my family that you cannot get treated fairly unless you have a lot of money.

I walked into this firm in hopes of meeting with an attorney for a custody issue. I stood at the entrance window for about 10 minutes and was never greeted. There was an elderly woman who sat on her computer this whole time and she looked up at me a few times. She eventually got up and walked away. A few minutes later she came and sat down. I knocked on the window and she insisted she didnt see me. When she began talking to me it was as if she was trying to get rid of me. She took my name and number and told me the partner of the firm would call me. This never happened. I called back a week later and was sent to the head partners voicemail. I never received a call back. What a waste of time.
