On May 23rd,2019 my Brother died in a tragic accident that day. Grieving can be hard enough, but not knowing which way to turn can be very overwhelming for a family. A family friend referred us to Kelly & West since a workers compensation case had to be opened. The company has great representation, it felt like family. Mr. Kelly explained everything right off to start. Elizabeth Murphy handled the workers compensation case, wrongful death & the Estate. She always kept us informed, never refused our calls-always got back to us if busy. Kristin kept us very informed on the Estate part. Elizabeth really pushed hard on these cases& we couldnt have been more pleased on the outcome. My Deceased Brother has truly been honored! The staff has also been very great to accommodate us.Highly recommended, they Rock! Will continue to use only them in the future!Gale Cole Rountrey

I would like to thank Mr. Kelly for helping me with the chargers I got pinned with which was a misunderstanding but thanks to Mr. Kelly as of Thursday those changes got dismissed. I really appreciate all the hard work Mr.Kelly did if it wasn't for him I would of been in big trouble. Once again I really do appreciate it. After losing my husband suddenly in September, 2015, I chose Elizabeth Murphy of Kelly & West Attorneys to assist me with my Will and to assist me with the settlement of my husband's Estate. Losing a loved one, the process of continuing on, and the thoughts of attending to Estate matters, can become very overwhelming. Wanting all matters of my husband's Estate settlement to be adhered to with respect and accuracy was the reason I chose legal assistance.
