I never take the time to write reviews good or bad but i have never had a lawyer and his staff hear my concerns out so much and empathize with me in the situation the way this office has even without any financial gain of his own. Family law is such a delicate topic but i feel my family's interests would be in good hands with Mr. Sims representing them. If i still lived in Jacksonville NC this would be my attorney hands down without a doubt for anything i needed. They are great about answering questions and getting back to you about any concerns. Mr. Sims and his secretary Ms.Terri helped me with my divorce and a child paternity case which had pretty hairy details and lots of issues. I was worried I was going to spend 5-6 grand and for it to take months. However that was not the case. Ms.Terri is on the ball and an extremely hard worker, she got all of my information to Mr.Sims in a quick and fashionable manner. From there Mr. Sims would give me a time / date and he ALWAYS executed his timelines and I was informed same day. Together both of them took an extremely sticky & painful situation and made it painless and easy to deal with. Did I mention Im in California and did this all through phone calls / emails? They are professional, family oriented, punctual, affordable and most importantly they care about you and your case. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
