I suggest if you were a client, I certainly wouldn't have hired anything like this, that you review your experience and see how much you've lost due to this practice. How many real and profitable solutions went ignored on your behalf? How much coercion happened that set up a failure to reach any real agreement? How long were you needlessly dragged through simple processes and then billed for it?This lawyer now refuses to communicate with her client on settlement of the debt on the house. Since both of us signed the mortgage we are equally responsible, because this lawyer's advice to her client is to take a foreclosure and refuse any communication on the debt it is likely the client will face financial hardship well into the future. There is no case the lenders can think of where they have experienced something like this. They have never put a great deal together to assist in preventing a foreclosure and then having a lawyer refuse to acknowledge it.

This is a one trick pony and the strategy has been named 'the firehose of falsehood,' 'the nuclear strategy,' or 'the silver bullet' by family advocacy groups.We nearly lost our home, her 'client' had to leave the job and community she loved and our child still suffers a tremendous amount of trauma.The 'client' was promised everything. The premise was that the ousted spouse would suffer such despicable false allegations and fear mongering that they would simply pay up.It didn't work and the family is locked in bitter turmoil and financial devastation. Advocating children and their emotional well being as a means of money getting is the definition of extortion.There is no real mechanism to reach agreement or settlement, the only strategy is to create continuous hardship to prolong and complicate things past the point of reconciliation or cooperation.The problem with the nuclear strategy is that it leaves everything toxic and unusable for years to come. Even then its decades before a real recovery.

Doesnt get things done in time. Cost us more money in the long run because things were not done in a timely manner. Took 1 year to draft a 2 sentence child support agreement resulting in a settlement of more money paid. Took 1 month to legally fire her. Appointments were canceled without notification. Most expensive worst experience
