Used them as our closing attorney. They are NOT inexpensive. But we used them on the advice of our realtor. They incorrectly filled out and filed the deed. Had my wife not checked with the county 3 weeks later no one would have ever caught it. I understand people make mistakes, I do. But when I leave you FOUR voicemails over 3 days just asking to speak with someone with maybe an explanation, or a little advice as to how to proceed and NOT EVEN A RETURN CALL?! Absolutely inexcusable! It took them about a week to correct it. I had to babysit the county for the next two weeks to make sure it got posted correctly. Do not use them!
