I used this law firm for a ticket I received and it was worth every penny! I did not have to go to court, they filed a continuance for me to get my paperwork together due to a delay from my insurance company, and it resulted in zero points on my license and zero points on my insurance. The price they quoted me covered court costs as well, and they didnt charge extra for the continuation. They let me know the day of court what the outcome was. Highly recommend.

This was the first time I used this Law Firm and all I have to say is they are truly a blessing. I found out I had a warrant during the COVID-19 issue when all the courts were closed. I called them they ran my stuff I paid them over the phone and I got all my paper work in an email. It took a lil while due to the courts being closed but they were able to get my charge dismissed with no court cost or fines and no points to my license. Excellent communication and completion of everything that was required. All this started with the phone call, and there was good clear explanation of the process. And then when the task was completed everything was made clear and communication was good across the whole process which extended over a couple of months. I hired Cotten Law Firm to handle my son's speeding ticket from Sampson County. when I called the firm, Jeremy answered the phone so I was able to talk to a lawyer right away vs. leaving a message with an answering service. He was very friendly and straightforward. The fees were very reasonable (even with the court date being in Sampson County). We didn't have the required defensive driving class certificate ready in time, so Jeremy continued the case and then once it was heard in court, the ticket was dismissed.

This place is a scam! Dont trust their reviews they delete ever review that isnt a 5 star ***they keep deleting my review so dont trust their reviews!***I used them twice for two speeding tickets, but they couldnt even respond to my email following up about my case. I emailed twice and received no response or further explanation of what happened with my ticket. Extremely unprofessional and definitely will not use them again.

Cotten law contacted me following a speeding ticket I received while traveling through the beautiful state of NC. I've been known to have a bit of a lead foot but do try to keep it below 10 mph above the posted limit. I was passing several cars who insisted on doing the posted limit in the fast lane without relinquishing the right of way to cars traveling a bit faster (God given right I guess) and attempting to create a little separation. Was clocked at 83 in a 65. Cotten law, at a very reasonable price was able to get it reduced to a non moving violation, one that isn't reported to my insurance. I was amazed! I've since been very cognizant of my speed while traveling interstates and have only had a few occasions to express my displeasure (under my breath of course) at my fellow travelers who disregard the law of 'moving to the right except to pass'!
