This review is LONG overdue. Dustin helped me with a difficult case (termination of parental rights and an adoption). These cases are notoriously messy and time consuming. He was wonderful and responsive and the entire staff helped put me at ease during the worst of it.It took some time, but we got the outcome we had been praying for. Thank you a million times over! You helped make our lives so much better!

Dustin is a wonderful lawyer and really nice person too. He has a lot of experience and is always very informative and helpful. I have used him for several small things and also referred a few friends to him one of which he really has done an excellent job in helping with a case. I recommend him to everyone i know. He is ethical, professional, and kind hearted, and also an assertive and get things done kind of person. I like him as a lawyer a lot and he seems to be someone with a healthy lifestyle and good family too, so that is always reassuring that the person standing up for you is healthy in themselves and coming from a good place with integrity. Over bills and under represents. Uneven appearances in court and at hearings. Tardy or absent. Extremely poor communication with clients and is unusually unresponsive to either phone calls or emails. Counseled his client to re-locate to Asheville then immediately lost a change of venue motion anyway and without a word of explanation promptly left town for a week. Seems much more aggressive with his own clients than he does the opposition. We fired him after he lost the change of venue and before he lost on judgment anyway. A child custody case is a sensitive and emotional matter and it is difficult to gage his commitment to your case since he is virtually impossible to reach after he bills you. Over billed the trust account for money that was earmarked for another purpose. That was my mistake for trusting this law office. Caveat Emptor is strongly advised before retaining this lawyer. Buyer beware. Chris Reinhardt is just a poor attorney.

I would highly recommend Mr. Bull for matters relating to issues arising from allegations of domestic violence and child custody. He was able to navigate the complexities of my case which resulted in a fantastic outcome for me. He also was able to quickly see the truth behind my situation mainly due to his experience with similar cases. Thankfully I can now continue my professional future which could have been ruined without his assistance as well as have a fair custodial arrangement for time with my child I feel very comfortable recommending Mr. Bull to family and friends without reservation.

I called and spoke with a receptionist and then with Dustin Dow's assistant, Catherine. I was supposed to receive a call that evening or first thing the next day from Dustin per his assistant. Its now 5 days later and still no call. Very unprofessional on their part and frustrating for me as I'm seeking legal assistance. Don't waste your time with this firm if they don't even have the time to return a call to a potential client. My only reason for leaving even 2 stars was because the receptionist was nice.

Mr. Bull was the worst attorney I have ever dealt with. His office staff is the most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. They were unable to do anything in a timely manner that we were forced to fire them. We then received our final statement, but had no refund check. I was forced to call them 3 times before they finally called back to say the check had been mailed on the 6th of July. Today is the 14th of July and still no check. They probably were not smart enough to put the stamp on the envelope. Save you money and go else where. Self representation is better then anything Mr. Bull MIGHT be able to do. I only say might since we never saw them complete a single task start to finish.
