I worked with Chris through a very challenging divorce and child custody experience. He was professional, thorough, and always kept me informed and educated about the best way to proceed. I contacted Bull & Reinhardt to request a consultation (during the COVID-19 Pandemic). I was scheduled immediately and was Mr. Reinhardts first video consultation. Mr. Reinhardt answered all my questions, was very professional and helpful. He was the right attorney for my situation! During the process all emails and calls were answered in a timely manner by his LA, Amy, and additional video conferencing was scheduled with Mr. Reinhardt too. In addition to the ability to do video conferencing, they also offered drive-thru signing. No time was lost and everything was completed in a timely manner. Inattentive and doesnt communicate. Never really knew where we were in my case. Doesnt respond to email or return phone calls. Overcharged and under served. Never provided a fee agreement. Weak litigator. Instead of helping the helpless he rips off the hopeless.

I met with Chris and he told me that he could help me , he told me that it would cost about 4k to do what i wanted in a civil case. I told him that it was very important that we act on this asap. A week after I gave him the money, he starts to tell me he is not sure if i have a case. Then I can not get in touch with him for over 2 weeks. When i do, he says i still have a case but he needs to do more research, I told him if if he could not help me to send my money back. he assured me again he could help me. Then 2 weeks later i called him and asked him what he had done, He siad he had hired a new attorney and she would be heading up my case. He said that she would be in contact asap. Well two weeks later no call, no email all i kept getting was bill from them. I called after another 2 weeks and he said she would call me tomorrow. Well a week later she calls me and tells me i dont have a case. I then called Chris and asked him to send me back my money. He refused to take my calls or talk to me on the phone., He told me that he would not be sending my money back due to he had spent the retainer on research? That i would have to find another attorney to help me, that he was too busy ? So after close to 5 months, this guy says he spent all my money and did not do anything for me. I would highly suggest you do not do business with this guy.

Most unethical lawyer in city, would never recommend him. He takes your money, always wants more and more but never follows through. No response whatsoever. Acts like she’s invested in children of community but actually does not do so career wise so it’s clearly all fake. Goes to court unprepared, you will never even know what he’s agreeing to for you ahead of time. He’s really working for the co-counsel as their buddy at your expense.
