I am absolutely amazed at the work Julian did for me. The officer showed me no mercy when giving me my speed ticket. Normally I would just pay the ticket and continue on. It is well worth talking with Julian about it. He took care of setting up the court and representing me. I didn't have to worry. I went from a pretty decent speeding ticket to impeding traffic. In the long run he saved me a ton money so my insurance rate doesn't go up. I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend talking with Julian for traffic violations you might have.

Julian was outstanding and helped me get a traffic ticket reduced to a non-moving violation. Just called in for a consultation, was inquiring about how much it would cost to look into a legal matter for me. Was told the lawyer would not do it. I can't make this up, and that's what led me to post this review. Even Jeffry Fieger's law office would give u a number. Even if it was $5,000. But to say 'we won't do this'. For those of you who were curious, I wanted this law office to see if I had charges against me. A simple task. Was not even given an hourly quote.

Julian is an exceptional lawyer who takes very good care of his clients. From the time of the first call everything went promptly and smoothly. Once I made the call and provided details I got a call from Julian discussing the details. He gave me his number where I was able to text copies of the ticket. He sent me a link to pay his retainer which is a great value considering the convenience and service. Once paid up he then submitted paperwork requesting a court date. The court sent a date a few weeks later. I sent Julian an image of the court letter. He represented me in court and I did not have to go. Julian had the ticket reduced to a zero point, non-moving, non-reporting offense. All in all everything done was by phone and online. Other than the moving fee, nothing extra paid. Extremely convenient service. Julian was very prompt and available any time I sent him a text or made a call and I was in the loop of how things were progressing. Highly recommend Julian for any of your legal needs.

Julian is the best! I had a pending matter since 2015 that at the time of the driving offense I was unable to pay. I missed out on my court date and I was really scared to go to court. I kept putting it off over the past few years but Julian was able to negotiate a very good deal. Better than what I was expecting. He was able to get some charges dropped and court fines were only a couple hundred dollars. Now after almost 4 years I can finally get my license back! :)

All I have to say is 'WOW'! Julian Poota is an amazing attorney, who takes his profession very seriously! I was stopped a few weeks ago, on Middle Belt Road, just before Plymouth. Livonia Police clocked me going over the speed limit. Needless to say, I as aggravated. As one of those folks who loves resolution fast, I searched for an attorney who was open on Saturdays. So, I prayed I could get in touch with him on a Saturday afternoon, and to my amazement, he spoke with me and took my case that Saturday I got the speeding ticket! I hired atty. Poota as my lawyer from the incident that happened to me at Detroit airport. I am out of state and hate to go back to Detroit to solve some issues that I have encountered so i just decided to hire an Atty.I gave 5 star to Julian Poota because the excellent job he did for me. Although it took 2 months of waiting but when he said he is trying to find a good deal for me. He really meant it and as I told him its worth the wait. Julien C Poota is one of the best attorneys I have ever worked with. I made the mistake of driving without insurance and my license was also suspended without my knowledge. These were misdemeanors Not to mention the points involved. Mr Poota had the charges completely waived and changed to a simple non moving violation. I was amazed and will recommend Mr Poota to anyone who needs a first class attorney (and a really good guy as well.)

Mr Poota is a great attorney. My dad got a ticket for four violations, two of them misdemeanors and Julian was able to have them dismissed . He was able to also reduce the other charges to impeding traffic violations with no points and nothing on the record. I would highly recommend him!

He was able to get my speeding ticket (in Birmingham) reduced to a double parking violation. Fee & no points! If you are trying to avoid points, Julian Poota is the lawyer for you.

Wow, where to start. I had got in some trouble with a driving situation and a cop who had taken some liberties with his story.
