Putting together a will and trust is not something anyone wants or looks forward to doing but Andy Gerkin made it painless. Our circumstances were more involved with each of us having children from first marriages but Andy really did put us both at ease! He explained in terms we could understand and relate with. If you are looking for a professional that knows what he is doing this is your guy! Very glad we got this done as we were putting it off far to long.Truly a painless and pleasant experience!

Andy Gerkin recently represented me in a law suit where I was being sued over a real estate transaction. Andy was extremely professional and walked me through every step of the process. Andy was honest and up front about everything from cost, risks, rewards, and all facets of the case. The case ended up going to a bench trial where I was found not guilty on all three charges the plaintiff alleged against me. Andy took something for me that was extremely stressful and was able to present a case where the correct outcome vetted it self out through the legal system. I would highly recommend using the Gerkin & Decker law firm opposed to trying to navigate the extremely difficult judicial system on your own.
