I contacted this office when my boyfriend's 4th amendment rights were violated.. And I wanted to discuss a payment plan and suddenly they told me they weren't going to take the case. I can only assume it's because they do not have the nuts to stand against ASP. If the police have done you wrong do not count on these guys.

I love working with Kayla and Charlie! When I first spoke with Charlie to set everything up he was extremely helpful about the payment arrangements!! Instead of trying to make my payments larger he actually asked politely about my pay and pay days and suggested a lower pay plan than originally discussed because he didnt want to put me in a financial stress position ! Never had that happen before!Kayla kept me informed by text and was extremely patient with me as I asked the same questions over again and asked silly questions! Very understanding of the emotional stress I was experiencing. At the first hearing Charlie met with my son and me before we went before the judge to do a trial run of the questions we would be asked and guided us with the best way to answer. Very professional and so down to earth at the same time. I will go to them with any legal help I need and also refer them to anyone that I know is in need of a lawyer.

At first Charlie seemed very helpful and down to earth until i decided to let him go. The day I decided to let Charlie go I first called the office to see how I would go about letting Charlie go if I no longer needed his services.(which then I spoke with his assistant) After I sent Charlie a email letting him know that I no longer needed his services he messaged me back asking me why which I never respond in the timely manner he wanted me to. So he sends me this long nasty message about how I still owed him his money for services and how he would sue me If I was to stop the drafts from my account (which I never said he's just assuming at this point) he went on to how he was letting me pay installments etc.. He thought that since i was firing him that I wasn't going to pay him the remaining balance that I owed (I though about posting the email). So I simply responded to the unprofessional email stating that I had no problem with paying him and that it wasn't that big of a deal to me and that I just needed to know how to go about the situation. Being that this my first time dealing with a situation like this. After I emailed Charlie to let him know he could still draft my account like I agreed for the amount that I owed he was then relaxed and then begin to tell me that he was sorry about him being rude and that the reason he was being rude was because he had a lot going on and that his assistant said i was rude and had a attitude (which was a lie) and was upset when i called to ask how I would go about letting him go. I would never in a million years recommend Charlie with RHLaw to anyone. He's rude and very unprofessional.

I'd give less stars if possible. They took my fiance's money and literally did NOTHING and then supposedly sent an email and said the case was closed. I say supposedly because we never got it, the secretary ended up just telling him what it said because she couldn't figure out how to get it mailed or emailed. They need to get it together. They are a COMPLETE SCAM. Do not waste your time, go to a real lawyer that will help you.

so far so good!! WH law texts you and usually responds with in the hour which is very convenient. Their attourney even worked with us through the weekend. The first time they helped me I was happy. However, I've tried to work with them twice since then. The first attempt involved me making phone appointments that they never called on. I eventually handled the issue myself but I never even had the opportunity to discuss it with them even though I tried multiple times over several months. Then, most recently, I contacted them regarding a time-sensitive issue which they said they'd be happy to look at. Two days later they responded saying they were too busy, and couldn't consult with me, tell me whether or not I had a case, or even let me pay them to sit with me an hour and advise me on writing a letter. So while I was happy with them, I can't see any reason to continue attempting to work with them or to recommend them to anyone else.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I've been working in the court system for about 11 years with the family court. I'm a father's advocate mainly. John could careless about what you have to say to the point he will even threaten to remove you if you ask too many questions. I've literally never heard of too many questions when it is about your children. He could give a rats a** about anything the kids want nor will care what you have to say. He apparently only cares about the paycheck. I've been working a case for close to 3 years for a father and I've never been more appalled by an attorney and I am so grateful he was removed and another lawyer was placed onto this case because she did more for my client in less than 6 months then he did in two years. He never communicated appropriately and was always making derogatory comments to my client and practically putting him down for wanting to be involved in his children's lives as much as possible. He even ignored a lot of his messages and concerns. I would also strongly suggest you find someone who will actually care about your case and not just the money. How he is an attorney that deals with custody cases, I will never understand.
