Our circumstances were more involved with each of us having children from first marriages but Andy really did put us both at ease! He explained in terms we could understand and relate with. Andy Gerkin recently represented me in a law suit where I was being sued over a real estate transaction. Andy was extremely professional and walked me through every step of the process. Andy was honest and up front about everything from cost, risks, rewards, and all facets of the case. The case ended up going to a bench trial where I was found not guilty on all three charges the plaintiff alleged against me. Andy took something for me that was extremely stressful and was able to present a case where the correct outcome vetted it self out through the legal system.
