Many thanks to Ali Fortmann Bailey. Being a young first time dad I was nervous about the court process and fearful I would not be awarded 50/50 custody of my 1 1/2 year old son. After my first meeting with Ali, I walked away with tremendous confidence that she would work not only on my behalf, but my sons as well. She was very knowledgeable, kind, caring and patient when I asked numerous questions. During mediation, I was thrilled to have her on my side. She was extremely prepared, calm and discussed compromises that not only I agreed with, but my sons mother also. In the end, we settled on more than I thought possible and now I am enjoying 50/50 joint custody. As my son grows, and arrangements change, I will need Ali on my side again. I am confident she will exceed by expectations.

Allison Fortmann Bailey - Best Lawyer Ever! I was involved in a custody dispute that was initiated because of significant parent alienation. Ms. Baileys guidance and strategy proved successful as the alienating partys deception was unearthed and they agreed to a 50/50 legal and physical custody split, with safety parameters in place for contempt of court if the alienation is attempted again. Ms. Bailey truly and deeply dug into my case and her attention to detail was amazing! She was a diplomatic collaborator with other parties involved and that proved to benefit my case as well! I highly recommend Allison Fortmann Bailey!

Ali Fortmann Bailey was who I hired to represent me, and I can't say enough positive things! I've had a on and off custody battle for almost 7 years. Different attorneys, and always felt uneasy. Dealing with child custody and divorce is a tough job. I couldn't find anyone that would help me when I needed it most. Antietam law group stepped up to the plate and helped out. I wanted to modify a custody order. I talked to Ali P about it and knew she was the attorney I was going to go with. She worked with me diligently on a weekly basis for 8 months, then went on maternity leave right before my court trial. She handed my case over to Alison Fortman the week before trial and told me not to worry. The day of the trial Alison Fortman knew every detail about my case and proved a material change in circumstances to win my case. I can't say enough great things about these ladies, but if I ever need anything in the future in regards to custody, I won't have to think twice on who to go with.
